nah its part of the development stage. maybe im biased since i have slavic blood in my veins, but looking back on my childhood and growing up, i would much rather have had my parents shouting and disciplining me rather than being calm and laid back and kinda letting shit happen. its the defining factor into how you grow up and what kinda person you are/become.
its similar in cs imo, zeus with these young gunners raising them and disciplining them in terms of their cs life/growth was a good thing and he does/did it out of love rather than rage, etc. you have to remember that this IS a russian/ukranian/slavic team so screaming and rage isnt anything scary or different to them. if all of navi had the mentality that all of astralis has (minimal rage/flustered speaking in tense or rough times in the game), then i believe bumych is the ideal igl for them. the players are all incredible, even guardian isnt THAT bad deep down, its just that he was thrown in here into a fucked up team and the pressure is fucking him up, especially since the camp of navi is gonna be in a bit of turmoil without zeus/with cute bumych that cant tell people to stfu sometimes if he has to. if all of navi had the same mindsets as astralis players do, then bumych would easily be as good as glaive because his individual skill is great and his calling is top tier, especially midrounds as i said (they rival glaives with how he calls on the fly extremely well). the only issue is what ive been repeating over and over in terms of mindset and blood boiling for each player
i think a sports psychologist (a proper good one like the finnish chick astrails, og, ence used, not some shitty russian version) would work incredible fucking wonders for them, because they all have the skill, have the brains, have the tactical knowledge of teamplays and outplaying enemies, etc - its just that their mentality when it comes to bind everything together is a bit scuffed and needs working on
edit: how the fuck did i write so much
