Anyway you look great, but I still think, from my personnal experience, that lifting is not equal to real life when it ask to lift heavy weight.
I mean, in my job a I have to work with plumb all day, 130kg or more by roll (depend if it's 1mm fin or 5, from 90kg to 200, but generally using 130kg roll). I'm fin as fuck, but still able to work with lol. Or scaffolding and other shit.
While some guys, lifting weeght at the gym, are yes, stronger than me on the first hour, but then lost all their strenght lol. While I'm doing it all day, 5 days a week.
