Black? It doesn't work over here , im black and if i don't work i don't have nothing. If u come from other countries i think u need help but not permanent help. Something that can make u get a life at least in here. But if you are gipsy in Portugal you are a KING , you can get more than 800€ per month without working and houses that u can rent for 20€ with 3 bedrooms , im black i receive 850 of my work and i have to rent 400 for a house. That's why Portugal its a shit country

I got your point, but im pretty sure that spending time with family, going to gym or doing other hobby's will make you a lot healthier. What makes you unhealthy is amount of stress you handle in your life. And working can be a lot stressful.

in austria you get unemployed money based on your previous salary. so for example i had a job where i got 1500netto. went unemployed and still got around 1200netto for the next 6months. so idc the exact percentage but if u for example get a salary of 5000euro netto u can easily get around 3000euro netto by the ams (unemployment service)

Yeah for How Long though lmao 6 months is nothing. Soon he will get way less. The system is made so people don’t fall down completely in the social ladder and find a new job quicker since finding one actually requires sources first.

exactly. you need to work for atleast like 10or 12months straight to be eligable for this. but this isnt hard. and the longer u work there the longer u get unemployment salary. so for example u work 10years for a monthly salary of 5k netto u can get unemployment money of around 3000euro netto for 5years.
2020-01-12 14:32
na, the max is 1600 now but therefor u have it for longer period of time if u earned alot of money. a person who earns 1800 gets 1600 but it decrease from every half year
2020-01-12 14:32

oh when did they change that? last time i was unemployed it was based on your salary. ofc there was like a top limit but it wasnt 1600netto.
2020-01-12 14:33

for now this is what i get for 2 years. after that it decreases by a little bit. the minimum unemployment is 900 i believe and even with that u can apply for apartment help which is also 600-800€.

that's a nice system, goverment pays your rent and you can deal some drugs on the side to pay for food

Well if you feel good about yourself not working and have something to get out for bed for everyday. go for it! In norway 10% of in age of 18-63 are "disabled" and get 20-40k euro each year for doing nothing for rest of their life. Ofc we got people that are disabled. but not 10 fuckin precent. It is like 350 000 people of 3.500 000 people. Our country is going to hell when we got no more OIL money :-D And if you are without job, you will recive 66% of your income when you got laid of or quitted you job for i think 50-80 weeks. After that you will be "disabled" or forced to do something for the money you get. And then we have something called AAP. It is a welfare that you will recive while waiting for get approved for "disabled" money. Not quite sure how much it is. depends if you have kids, what you have worked on. But Norway in a nutshell. More and More people gives a fuck on working. We can, for now because we are "arabs"

900 is not much, you gotta pay for your flat (in case the government isnt doing it), but even then you gotta eat something, probably got a car, netflix etc - there's not a lot money you can save i'd rather work then
2020-01-12 16:49
Good to know. Thanks for the information.

UBI for everyone

I'm also unemployed. My parents take care of things. No benefit from government at all. Actually we pay taxes on two countries. My mother country and where I live now. I don't feel guilty at all. Why not? Not a society money. My parent money ofc. It will be my money later on like 30 years later. I used to work but I haven't work for 10 months. Probably I will go back to work before summer.
2020-01-12 16:45
is that net income? if yes it's okay but they probably wont do that forever and also you have to live with the guilt of being a parasite for everyone
