xms was trash tbh he retired right before he would be where scream is right now
2020-01-16 01:44
He retired at 23, he could easily play in one of the lower tier french teams
2020-01-16 20:06
why should he tho? he will barely make a living wage
2020-01-16 20:30
He could have just taken a break from playing. And seeing that he is back in Heretics I don't think he had many great other options
2020-01-16 20:38
I mean if he wants to play he can, but I saw nothing good from him from when he was in nV and that other team. He will be great T2.
2020-01-16 20:49
Retiring is infinite. What he did is just taking a break from playing. That's why I had him on the list

I wouldn’t have wanted it either if my org placed the best raw aimer in the game in a support role to make room for bot stewies overrated hype. Pointless really. It is like buying a Ferrari but you drive it like a fucking Prius.

Yeah, because they asked him, and Stew would have whine about it anyways. Thing with Shroud is that he never even wanted to play competitive. He isn’t competitive as a person. He liked the lans and playing on stage but the rest, he wasn’t that interested in it. Having a player like him on a position where they get use out of his talents is the way to go, you don’t mess with it. He had mentioned to them earlier that he were thinking about trying something else, and when he luckily does not pursue the matter further, you ask him change position to make it even more boring. He got bound to retire. Sad really.

He couldn't hack the pressure of being a star, go watch some interviews or him talking on stream He never wanted to be a star Watch freakazoid talking to Thorin about it, freak wanted to support him but Shroud always shied away from it

At that tile he was one of The most mechanical gifted players. Its for a reason he is good at almost any fps he touches, with little to no practice.

Easily
2020-01-16 14:40
He listed players in good form Shroud doesnt have something called good form He has three levels of play Garbage Below average And fluke/over performance
2020-01-15 14:27
you could argue his flukes are "good form"
2020-01-15 14:53
If they last for 7 rounds they arent good form

2020-01-16 11:40
Why can't I criticize you?
2020-01-16 11:48
How are you gonna do that he aint pro?
2020-01-16 12:02
When did I criticize a pro player?

Thats not what i said mr americano
2020-01-16 14:39
What did you say, then
2020-01-16 14:43
that the person named TheBlackSwordsman is not a pro player so how will you criticize him about his skills.
2020-01-16 17:23
If he isn't even a pro and likely he won't be, why is it allowed for him to criticize people who made it pro
2020-01-16 18:43
Because thats a dumb excuse to make? we are the fans that watch them, we are the reason they earn money, and we can and should criticize them.
2020-01-16 18:45
Why then call him straight up trash, if he's not?
2020-01-16 18:55
thats his opinion? its roughly said and with no context, but he thinks the player wasnt as good as other pros.

Oh no shroud had 3 good tourneys his whole career he is suuucchhh a gooooood player He was garbage the vast majority of his career he was lucky he almost always had worse players on his teams than him You dont have to be a fpl player to recognize garbage gamesense, terrible decision making, poor positioning, average aim against any player better than a na global
2020-01-16 04:08
I arent agree He has good raw aim and was a pretty good individual Player imo but he couldnt take pressure, thats why he was performing well online but mostly poor on lan
2020-01-16 12:15
Brain > aim 9 out of 10 times Exactly my point he only aimed well against garbage na players As soon as he played players with good aim he shat the bed

And what experience is it that you have, mind I ask? Personally I began my journey within Cs series in the 2nd beta in 1999. I even played the pre beta version of Cs that was leaked in April that year if I'm not mistaken. Afterwards I've played on semi level for some years, until I swap my game of choice to Battlefield and COD in 2010, where I ended up playing at a professional level. Came back to CS in 2013 and have played master league faceit since approximately 2015. I have worked as admin for several comunitys such as BrutalCs, Playzeek, ESEA and some Swedish minor sites. I've spent years in the community awhole and regardless if COD nor Battlefield has anything to do with CS I've still played all three of them at a fairly high level, which give me a somewhat clear insight what it is all about. Having said this, I can also clearly see that you are more a "fan boy" talking nonsense than anything else.

2020-01-17 02:27
"Easily adapt" yet he cant play anywhere near top 25 player level after 3 years of experience If he didnt practice then deserves less respect than i already give him which is virtually 0 already

One way you can look at it is because he had such a unique personality he was also a very unique player, if he would have cared more he propably would have never been the Element we know and love.

aslak, he was top20 player in 2011 but he didnt continue playing in csgo so he retired. He would be 26 years old right now so he still might be good

aslak did play one or two games in CSGO and from what I remember he did fine at the time. Not sure why he decided to not compete in CSGO but he was one of my favourite AWPers to watch, even though I'm a swede.

The list goes on and on of 1.6 pros that quit because csgo sucks. I could name 50+ guys that could have continued but chose not to. trace really sticks out for me as someone who was legit elite at 1.6 and didn't give a shit enough to play CSGO for very long.
2020-01-16 10:45
I dont blame them 2012 csgo was hot garbage

Talentwise a lot of the old Swedish players: vilden, fisker and potti. I mean they are all pretty successful in their lives but they were great players I miss znajder too
