what do you think about Poles people? i'm only interested about opinions from people who have been in Poland for at least a week, and i'm interested about people not things ( like architecture or food - that's irrelevant in this topic) kids who have never been in Poland and make up their opinion form the internet GTFO Good Day

Not going to argue or fight about it, but Poland has insane incoming immigrants numbers in last few years and no one has any problem with it, so...

2020-01-17 20:05
Absolutely, in last few years I've heard about one incident in some small city where immigrants attacked some girl and people responded what ended in some small fist fight and once about a guy who was verbally attacked by some moron because he was talking german (most funny is that he was polish if I recall). Besides that everything is fine in this topic. We absolutely respect incoming people if they respect us and this usually ends in pretty good relationships.
2020-01-18 14:24
imo 95% of poles who are over 50 yrs. are racist and toxic affffffffffff but the young ones are pretty cool towards black/yellow/white not bad tbh (not in csgo ofc, those are worst)

Well, looks like media created Your point of view. I am from Poland and I live in one of top3 biggest cities in Poland and I have one question for You: - if Polish people are so racist then why I can go to the bar with my black friend or arab friend and I don't have any problems 99% of the time? I am serious and this is a serious question.

I am also serious, and media didnt create this. alot of polish people in the csgo community created this view about them. Maybe its not that bad but it is the view polish create themselves about them

Well, if "csgo community" is HLTV then yes, we're cleaning toilets, stealing cars and we beg for money. I will give You one tip and I wish I was like that when I was 18 years old - do not believe in anything You read on the internet about any country, don't believe in a single video about some country. When I was 18yo I believed in those things and suddenly when I started to travel for vacation or for work, everything changed. My point of view mostly. Actually, I was wrong about every country and I've been in 41 countries to this moment. I was right once - about Brazil. I believed that big cities are dangerous and there are alot of thieves in turist areas and I was right about this one. edit: old polish people are racist - its a fact. Almost every 70+ yo person is racist. Old polish people hate germans, russians (because of war) and They believe in media so They think that every muslim is bad and he's a terrorist.

I think Poland is the same as every other civilized country in the world. You can meet bad people, thieves and You can met amazing and king people. But its not like You're going on the street as a black person and suddenly every1 wants to beat You. If You will be in Poland visit Krakow, Gdansk/Gdynia/Sopot (those are 3 different cities) and Zakopane (doesn't matter if winter or summer. You will love Zakopane)

2020-01-16 14:45
Lol no Change friends then
2020-01-17 11:56
I did ... but that doesn't change fact that the vast majority people you will meet in Poland would encourage you to drink with them "no jak kurwa, ze mną nie wypijesz?" which is pathological state the insane people tell you're insane when you're the only one sane, because they don't know anything better than that never thought for themself, never question the norm
2020-01-17 14:48
i think most of people that say like your quote are doing it just for fun, when i dont drink at parties or smth, i keep getting these quotes as well, but next day we are all perfectly ok. (or even the same night, cuz after 5 minutes they forget with who were they drinking lol) when im drinking, i encourage people but never in offensive way, cuz u r drunk, u dont control urself too much;p another case (pathological one) is when people get offended when u dont want to drink
2020-01-17 16:38
i don't know, but they act wierd if you don't want to join the herd they don't accept a no - in a simple manner - if I ask you do you want water ? no thanks nobody ask you why do you not want to drink water? what's wrong with you? but if you don't drink alcohol there is always WHY do you don't drink? not sure whether they feel inferior or worst , but to cut that bullshit sometimes is just better to say I drive, rather than explaning the truth which is that they escape reality, how they feel inside and unhappiness with an alcohol

Old poles are mostly postcommunistic animals who want to work less and earn more without giving anything from themselves. No ambition, no more than basic needs - it's because of Germans killing PL inteligence for 100+ years straight. Younger generation tries to do something about it but they fail miserably. In 30 years poles will be normal people, rn they are mostly selfish cocks
2020-01-16 14:42

I curently live in Poland in a city where you can meet a lot of Ukrainians. Most of them work in Bedronka 's shops. Comparing to Poles they are very helpful. For example there is one Ukrainian girl and she's very pretty. She always smiles whenever i ask for help. Even if she doesnt know the lanuage she tries to do her best. Already she knows some unusual words. And Poles are boring. Never smiles. Sometimes rude (but this may be because of me coming to gas station to buy cigs at 3 am too often)

In my experience: 10 years ago - quite a racist country, with my skin tone it was not easy to feel safe, if i was in a group of people from Poland things were alright, alone it was quite a trouble. It was just the way they look at you, a outsider that shouldn't be here. Now - quite laidback, very kind and gentle, they try to be helpful as it gets, no matter the language barrier. Racist people are now like 1% and if somebody is racist towards me for ex, i get backed up. edit: females are still beautiful :D This is my experience

Poles= xD Hello from Szczecin city (Poland) :D Szczecin is located on the Oder, south of the Szczecin Lagoon and the Bay of Pomerania. The city is situated along the southwestern shore of Dąbie Lake, on both sides of the Oder and on several large islands between the western and eastern branches of the river. Szczecin is adjacent to the town of Police and is the urban centre of the Szczecin agglomeration, an extended metropolitan area that includes communities in the German states of Brandenburg and Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. The city's recorded history began in the 8th century as a Slavic Pomeranian stronghold, built at the site of the Ducal castle. In the 12th century, when Szczecin had become one of Pomerania's main urban centres, it lost its independence to Piast Poland, the Duchy of Saxony, the Holy Roman Empire and Denmark, and became completely German speaking by the 14th century. At the same time, the House of Griffins established themselves as local rulers and the population was Christianized. After the Treaty of Stettin in 1630, the town came under the control of the Swedish Empire and became in 1648 the Capital of Swedish Pomerania until 1720, when it was acquired by the Kingdom of Prussia and then the German Empire. Following World War II Stettin became part of Poland in accordance with the Potsdam Agreement, resulting in the almost complete expulsion of the pre-war population. Szczecin is the administrative and industrial centre of West Pomeranian Voivodeship and is the site of the University of Szczecin, Pomeranian Medical University, Maritime University, West Pomeranian University of Technology, Szczecin Art Academy, and the see of the Szczecin-Kamień Catholic Archdiocese. From 1999 onwards, Szczecin has served as the site of the headquarters of NATO's Multinational Corps Northeast. Szczecin was a candidate for the European Capital of Culture in 2016.[6] Thanks for reading xDDDDDDDDDDDDDD

Ah, yes, of course disclaimer: I'm not talking about ALL Poles here... I speak Polish, and I've lived there for a few years. On the internet, Poles are extremely toxic, and I don't mean it in the old way as in "calling people bad words" kind of toxic - it's more in a petty critisiscm and passive aggressive kind of way. They're really toxic towards themselves. To get the easiest example of this, all you'd have to do is go into a comment section of a popular YouTuber, it's actually cancer (and by popular I don't mean the Logan Paul kind of popular.) Poles basically have this view of their nationality that they're always complaining and unsatisfied at all times, which there is some truth in. IRL they're usually pretty close-minded people with a big temperament, but if I had to choose, I'd hang out with a Polish person over for instance a Danish one any day of the week. They're a lot nicer, and a lot less... I can't really find the right word, but "fake" is probably a decent one.
2020-01-17 17:39

Cant r8 poles in Poland but i can r8 poles as Immigrants in germany : In general hard working and honest ppl. take the "Toilet cleaner" meme for example ppl use that as an insults its actually a compliment . they rather take a "shit" job then no job at all.
