Who is your prediction for the 4th best player in 2019?
You will get 1 point, If your prediction is correct. I will create a thread about prediction and a list with points each day until 20th January.
- You aren't allowed to pick more than 1 player.
- You wont earn a point, if your comment isn't older than official news in HLTV about 4th best player.
- If you change mind, then please only edit your comment or reply your own comment with new pick.
Not much to say about the scoreboard today.
If you look at the comparison between Device and Niko from the 2018 top 20, it is obvious that was a better player. He ranked higher than Niko in most areas and the difference in 2.0 rating was 0,01 in favor of Niko.
no they wont - but I hope that you get so mad that you leave hltv so we do not have to read your comments any more. You write as if you are the all seeing eye and not a single person on this planet can have another opinion without being a moron or being corrupt...
I like dev1ce, zywoo and s1mple they are all brillant players. You just speak like you hold the only truth in this world. Reality check for you - it is YOUR opinion and it is just as much worth and any one elses opinion...
You're taking it too seriously. I just used the word 'moron' in my opinion and now you're crying like a little bitch. Hey bro, if it's an opinion why are you so butthurt about it, just ignore me instead of whining on HLTV
I agree with your list, but I still think there's a possibility that S1mple is 4th.
Rating against top5: 1.16 (75 games, 51% of his games)
Rating against below top5: 1.26 (49% of his games)
Rating against top5: 1.27 (20 games, 20% of his games)
Rating against below top5: 1.28 (80% of his games)
So, S1mple's ratings is inflated due to the lack of plays against top5.
Also, evps and mvps, both with Elige ahead.
MVPs: 3 x 1
EVPs: 9 x 5
Still, I think hltv is kinda valuing rating too much, so s1mple may be #3, but it won't be a surprise to see Elige as #3.
How can one get mvps if their teammates are clearly inferior to their counterparts in top tier cs? While still being the best out of your 4 teammates when you win a tournament is remarkable, it still shouldn't be a huge factor considering s1mple wouldn't even be mentioned in the mvp run due to his team bombing out in groups and quarters.
