Most people say they'll never get married but end up in love. I think I would, just for the reason that I wouldnt want to die a lonely death and knowing how isolating this world can be without love or emotions, what better way to leave the world than with the person you love most by your side?
Some people scream for hours on end before they die, some people pass away as quietly and peacefully as possible.
I always said I wouldn't marry, like ever.
My parents are also divorced.
But for some reason after 6 years living together with my girl I asked her to marry me last summer when we were at holiday in Egypt.
This becomes common with a lot of people who think this way. They tend to think with logic but when it comes down to it we base decisions like this of our emotions. I could write down every pro and con of marriage but if i met the right women it wouldn’t matter.
Or it's seen as a tradition for woman. Maybe you have a child and she wants to be married. What if you both don't have money. If you are with someone for 4 years, and don't know the motives of that person, then you deserve to get owned.
If you already have a child or you are planning on having one then you might as well get married , I agree with that . Otherwise there is no point from a man's perspective . In modern society you gain literally nothing from marriage as a man and in worst case scenario it can ruin your life .
i dont see the necessity of marriage but if i fall in love with a girl 4real 4real and she really wants to get married i wont deny her that, i know how important it is to some people, but the whole idea of involving the government and the church in your lovelife to me seems kinda dumb. if two people love each other enough to spend the rest of their life together for me you dont need an expensive party and a binding contract alongside it
