Faze is "worse" than Astralis, but Evil Geniuses is the "worst" of the three (3 teams compared)
However, if you had said: Faze is "worse" than Astralis, but Evil Geniuses is "worse" than both of them, you would use worse even though three teams are named, because when mentioning Evil Geniuses, you group Faze and Astralis together into one group that is better than Evil Geniuses, meaning you are technically only comparing two groups.
