I would say 8 hours of sleep.
I sleep about 6 hours a night and usually have a 2 and a half hour nap every afternoon.
6-7 hours daily, on sunday maybe 8
nap : no
7-8 but some days I fuck up and sleep 4-6
Nap almost every afternoon 30 min
8-9 hours and 1 hour nap in the afternoon
4 hours, 2h nap, so 6h every day
3-4 hours at night 3-4 hour nap when i'm home from school
Nap : 0 cuz i m never tired men))
4-5 hours a night and no naps
4 hours, maybe, tops. Never really cared for it. Waste of time.
I have 7 hours of sleep, 8-10 on weekends with no naps, however i'm trying to solve it. The lack of sleep damages bloodstream to heart, and increases chance of heart diseases, also it tires you down and makes you vulnerable to sickness, headaches, allergy, diabetes..
My suggestion would be to just find a compromise with yourself to fall asleep earlier. For me it was hard all my life as I had panic if I didn't do something in time, but I was wrong to consider studying or playing as higher priorities to relaxation.
