It’s 6:38am while writing this in Denmark and I cant sleep. I wake up around 15-16 ish and then it the next night = same story. I’ve always have had trouble sleeping at night, but I Can never really fix my schedule

Absolutely I had that problem when I was in Uni. When I needed to correct it I chose a day to work on a project. Bought a 6 pack of sugar-free Red Bulls got to work it was 20:00 before I knew it. Your project doesn't need to be school-related, just do some shit you were gonna do anyway instead of wasting the day wishing your schedule was fixed.
keep ur phone away 30-60 mins before u sleep and try to fix your sleep schedule
I've seen some suggestions before like this which u can try :
on a day when u have holiday, try not to sleep when u normally do and stay awake (for like 1 whole day almost) then fall asleep on a desirable time after ur obviously very tired
