Mostly from sponsorships, awards from tournaments&leagues and they also make money from team stickers (at majors).

None of them make money but they decrease losses with sponsorship deals and merchandising. Also venture capitalists put a ton of money into the scene which has created a bubble that'll pop in a few years when the capitalists don't get a return of investment

ENCE made a profit of 11% of their revenue in 2018, probably even more in 2019 so clearly some of them make money.

Could you give me a link to that?

It's in finnish but i guess you can figure it out. Orange is revenue and yellow is profit. finder.fi/Liikuntapalvelut/Ence+Esports+..
