I need help guys. Im going to start to go to the gym but i have no experience there, all i did last year was do pull ups, push ups, and work with a paralletes bar (i also trained legs abs chest...)
but now i have no idea what to do on gym, i ve been reading that pple recomend ppl routines but could u tell me one?
im 19yo 171cm and 67kg, if it helps i can do 12 pull ups, and last time i did 50kg press bank.
its not the most accurate piece of equipment but it can be somewhat useful to estimate your body composition
eat in a 200-300 caloric surplus with consistent training - so somewhere from 1700-2500 based on your activity levels (use an online calorie calculator to help)
it's very different at home
for example on the leg day you don't gonna have
the rack for squat
or the leg press
or leg extension
leg curl ect ...
and the most important when you are at the gym, you have the right motivation " i'm here i need to work the hell out "
at home after 2 set i can say " fuck i go look my tv "

BRO just eat what you want to eat and exercise. Dont take it too seriously, relax men)) also if you find sumtin on the internet about what to eat or what exercises to do then STICK TO IT, dont look for another one. Everyone on the internet will tell you something different and it gets confusing
