i really dont know, i have superior immune system, never had any medical issues
2020-01-23 00:16
Me neither, I am never sick. I was just wondering if it would be for to much stress to my body or just random
2020-01-23 00:18
I dont think physical training would cause that I would be a bit worried, but maybe thats only me since i never had anything like this
2020-01-23 00:19
I think it is only because of the cold or something like that. But if it will keep on going for a week or so i will look it up
2020-01-23 00:21

Too high blood pressure or blood being too "liquid". Do you take aspirin or something close? (Ascorbic acid) Pay attention to the temperature changes. Like if you go from -10 C° to +20 in a few seconds

lol u play football for at least 50 min outside, 3 times a week, in the winter, the cause of winter nosebleeds is low humidity, both in cold outdoor air and heated indoor air, which can cause the delicate membrane lining nasal passages to become dry and cracked. but if this is bothering you so much you can ofc consult a doctor

Probably shit sweedish weather. Since it's cold you probably blow your nose often, that can cause broken blood vessels hence the blood. If you have nasal congestion I'd suggest "taking it easy" when blowing your nose.

During the winter cold air reduces the humidity of the air, you should maybe try to buy a humidifier, the ideal humidity in winter months in your room should be between 40-50% . Also nose bleeds can occur in small children since they have a habit of picking their nose when they sleep, some people keep the habit in their adulthood, check your fingers if a nose bleed occurs next time, if there is traces of blood it's probably that. But the more likely solution is the first one.

maybe check your blood pressure.

feeling very exhausted, having frequent nosebleeds, sounds a lot like my childhood lol. try to get a doctor to check your blood, it may have to do with iron levels. I was on iron pills for a while because my iron levels were critical, and after that my nosebleeds stopped. Who knows, but I suggest to see a doctor about it.
