I said unless you feel like you're suffering physically. Most of the doctors don't even fucking understand what they are talking about. I suffered from insomnia, I spend a lot lot of time visiting doctors, all they did is they prescribed me sleeping pills or diagnosed me with depression and heart issues, turned out I didn't have any of those. Same with psychiatrists, they diagnose you with random mental health diagnoses, because sleep deprivation is causing symptoms similar to some mental diseases. If you're feeling physically fine the only way to fix your problems is to fix yourself, have to remember that you're not going to cure your problem instantly, it may take a month or even a year, just don't give up. I'm not saying that going to doctor is totally useless, some of them may help you, but there are few that truly understand the problem.
