Jamppi - V$M = Cheaters
autist |
Netherlands Trissen87
i don't care if Jamppi was 13yo when he used to cheat, who cares? he ruined the experience for the other players, i mean, he was a kid, but when i was 13yo i didn't cheat so.... Jamppi, stfu please. Same as V$m this guy only fraggin against tier5 teams and then u stupid kids in twitter sayin "#FreeV$m" "if valve unban v$m he could play in MIBR" omegaLUL Please valve, don't unban those shit players who ruined the game experience for the others players, in that case u should unban all the MM Cheaters.
2020-01-28 21:34
Topics are hidden when running Sport mode.
I mean its pretty harsh to ruin someone's living and dream for one stupid thing he did at 13
2020-01-28 21:35
+ no one actually even knows if he cheated since Valve nor Jamppi have not commented about it
2020-01-28 21:36
Its most likely that he sold the account and someone else cheated on it. Also s1mple cheated aswell when he was a kid
2020-01-29 13:13
exactly

is it possible for me to go pro with a vac banned alt because my friend cheated on it back in 2014-2015 when I borrowed him my account?

You know, that selling your steam account, is violation of steam user terms :) Anyway, if he cheated or not, he still violated steam user terms by selling his account. So technically, they could ban him from steam alltogether.

cheating on exams has impact on your life only. Cheating in games ruins the game experience for the others.

u will never know if the guy with your job was cheating on exams or not. Even with that said, exams cheater might decrease someones confidence but that is all. Cheating on exams may cause some problems for FEW people, but this is really unlikely to happen. If exams cheater is stupid he will be fired very soon. So i dont see the problem. Ingame cheater can easily break player's mental state and make them angry. How many keyboards were broken bcuz of this...

it was his decision to try to become a pro and trying to hide his ban. Valve always made it very clear that you shouldn't try to become a pro when you have a ban.
2020-01-28 21:57
but its not even been confirmed whether he cheated or not
2020-01-28 22:53
then why did OG reject him and why are people spamming freejamppi?
2020-01-28 23:00
because OG didnt want the possibility of having a banned player.. even if he isnt actually banned and because people want jamppi to be let in a team but hes not able to because valve won't clear his name or anything i guess
2020-01-29 01:43

2020-01-29 07:35
what he has dementia and can't remember whether he cheated or something? it's not complicated, either at least one account created by him has a Valve ban for CSGO on it or not.
2020-01-29 14:32
yes, rumours keep going around that jamppi sold / gave an account to someone else and they got it banned. that could be a reason, instead of him cheating. and Valve wouldn't tolerate it because selling accounts to other people is against the ToS i believe. we don't know anything for sure sadly
2020-01-29 14:36
we don't know but jamppi does. as you said, selling accounts isn't allowed, if the sold account has a ban on it then it counts as a ban for jamppi. that's the rules. but I don't understand what is unclear about it. he can literally just look at this account and see whether it has CSGO ban on it. if so then he is banned from the major.
2020-01-29 14:39
then that is a huge shame for him and for all the people wanting to support him. he has lost his entire potential career because of something he did at 12. don't you sympathise
2020-01-29 14:57
honestly, not really. if he has a banned account then why is he trying to become a pro? valve always made it clear that this isn't really possible. and valve is a private company, the major is marketing for their game and cheating is a problem for the game. why would they use a cheater to promote their game? also what's the solution here, 12 year olds can just cheat and it has no consequences?
2020-01-29 15:03
"why would they user a cheater to promote the game" You are retarded/ignorant to ignore every other pro player who has cheated in a valve created game. It's insane. Multiple pros cheated in 1.6 / Source, and they are Valve games too. s1mple - convicted of cheating in csgo ESL tournament for 2 years. Top pro player allowed at valve majors. People make mistakes when they're kids, you can understand, and can change the pro scene hugely. (Or are you too narrow minded and think once a cheater = always a cheater?) your arguments are so retarded as well, comparing some random matchmaking that there is no benefit from to cheating in FPL / tournaments for money. At the very least ban them, I think 5 years is a very long time, but I believe thats an adequate ban length.

yeah i get ur point if u cheat as a pro (forsaken) imo it should be punished in theory than cheating as a kid but it would make it really hard for valve to properly judge cases and its way easier to just say vac=permaban
2020-01-28 21:54
Here’s what I think Cheating In a tournament where money is available = perma Cheating in a qualifier = 4/5 years Cheating in a non competitive match = 1 year
2020-01-29 09:12
Lmao look at the real world. You're not responsible for just about anything when you break the law at 13. Theres a reason for that. Also, at the time jamppi was 13, this policy of "vac banned players shall never play again" was unknown. Why are older pros that were banned in 1.6 still allowed to play? We all know its basically the same game. Or look at real sports, using dope just gets you like 1 year ban.
2020-01-29 10:36
ok finland brain so if i'm 13 and go kill someone I don't have to face consequences? Yes, it's an exagerated case, but you're responsible for your actions. I think that the pros banned from 1.6 should be banned in GO too, cheaters are fucking cheaters. and in sports if you dope you should be permabaned too.
2020-01-29 17:14
Ok colombian brain, you really need to study more. I should not be the one teaching you how age of criminal responsibility works. Obviously, commiting serious crimes like killing and raping and such, will get you consecuenses no matter your age. But as a kid the consecuenses are ridicilous compared to adults. For lesser crimes, kids aren't legally punished at all. For example stealing from a store or some shit like that. "and in sports if you dope you should be permabaned too." - I agree, if it's properly proven and not a mistake. But getting banned from professional football if you cheated in a yard game makes no sense at all. This is basically the case with jamppi. He wasn't in any competitive play back then, not even close.
2020-01-30 00:56
agree but something you have done at 13 should not destroy your career. At 13yo you arent mature enough so you dont know what yuo really want to do
2020-01-28 21:57
installing cheats is a whole process, tf? like idk these kids so i can't say, but when i was 13 i knew that cheating is wrong. like you can't be like i accidentally installed wall hacks into PC. I understand what you're saying, but in the end of the day if he cheated he's in the wrong.

orgs have probably something in their contracts that if you fail to disclose any past accounts and/or bans then they can sue you. it makes sense, imagine them hiring a cheater then the team gets disqualified when Valve finds out. they would probably demand the salary back plus some other compensation for missing the major, reputational damage...

Its different, they use doping for more endurance, strenght etc. And football is more complex than just that, in a video game like cs cheating is like you get a robot body where your doing nothing and you score goals, you just run around with aimbot and get those mellons or with wallhack you know where your opponent is...
2020-01-29 09:59
s1mple cheated in csgo not 1.6
2020-01-29 10:33
+1 Simple said he has scammed knives when he was a kid. iBuypower has played fixed match. Therese Johaug has used doping and is still top #1 athlete in her sport. What is common? These have already suffered their penalties. Also Jamppi has already suffered his penalty. He didnt get his chance to play in OG. Valve should unban Jamppi..
2020-01-29 09:55
S1mple did get banned and served his ban, only difference is it was an ESL ban which was 2 years whereas Jamppi is VAC which is permanent. These 2 situations are not the same and people are dumb for crying to Valve about inconsistency when all vac banned players are treated the same way.

how does people get noticed they get it by grinding mm or faceit etc, Good example faze jarvan cheated on fortnite got life time ban on fortnite he cant even play game anymore. vsm and jamppi can stream and make money that way i think they shouldnt cry about it.
2020-01-28 22:49
They don't get recognized as a 13 year old silver pleb bro. They didn't even think of going pro at that age. And I find the ban that Jarvis has gotten unreasonable as well. So only because his ban is worse than the other guy's bans doesn't make the other guys bans alright. Besides, his "crime" was way worse than theirs since he not only cheated but actually promoted cheating to his audience

1. Jampii cheating is alleged. 2. The idea that someone should be punish perminantly, having their careers ruined FOREVER because they decided to be an ass once online when 13? Imo, that's absurd. 3. just because YOU didn't do it, doesn't mean you shouldn't give someone second chances. I never stole when I was a kid, mostly because I was a coward. That doesn't mean I believe everyone who did something dumb deserves perminant punishment. The whole attitude of this site, is completely unfair imo.

S1mple was banned on CSGO, stop saying 1.6 because he was banned on CSGO, but not on vac secured servers, just on ESL and that's why Hellraisers kicked him, that's why he can play on majors now and ESL since that ban wasn't permaban.

what? That post have all the proves with ESL official links to his profile and the csgo bans, but I guess is too much thought for a tough guy. "Alexander ‘s1mple’ Kostylev Alexander ‘s1mple’ Kostylev received a ESL ban for using cheats in 2013. Moreover, he participated in qualifications for EMS One Katowice 2014 during the ban period. The organisers found out about it and disqualified the team, adding two years to s1mple’s ban. During this period, however, he continued to play for teams including HellRaisers and FlipSid3 Tactics in various tournaments. When the ban expired, he joined Team Liquid and offically returned to the professional scene. " On 2013 ESL only hold csgo events, not 1.6 or source, do your maths.

Thats like saying when you cheated on your english test in a elementary school, you should be banned from all universities and colleges. Check your logic dipshits. He was a kid. Even if he would had murdered someone at that age, he would had not gone to prison, nor there wouldnt be any records of him being criminal after he's over 16. Atleast in Finnish law. So no, he should not get a lifetime ban from Valve events over "cheating", which is by the way still not confirmed by any party involved. So threads like these are useless.

There should be somewhat reduced penalty for young cheaters. Like in jamppi's case, he was 13 when the account got banned I dont think it's fair to give permaban. Cheating in mm and pro tournaments do have a big difference, no matter how many of you say both are ruining the game.
