very easy language to learn mens
I learned it through watching youtube videos and video games. By the time i got teached english at school for the first time i already was quite good at it. I could probably already talk to someone that also speaks english.
It's not perfect. My English sucks ass.
But I learned it in school (in china) and I also went abroad for highschool
my english is utter shit brotha! im still learning 😊👍
i actually learned most of it at hltv
school over the years - mostly for the grammar
watching movies/series - for the vocabulary & phrases
games and most importantly meeting foreign people in person - the speaking part
my english will never be perfect unless i live in an english speaking (or at least foreign) country, we're taught english since pre-school so you'd assume most people would be at least good which doesn't always turn out to be the case
cant reply cant speak english
I think Lol And Csgo and in generally speaking, video Games are really helpful. Moreover, my studies are so hard and shit that i need to be at least very fluent in two langages + French
Yeah fake flagging
TV series and gaming
35th on Europe btw
my English has always been okay-ish (compared to my peers for example), can't really say the same about my pronunciation and shit 'cause I have a speech impediment and I often have a hard time trying to pronunce some of the words, especially words with many R's FeelsBadMan
Oh, and I've learned it through YouTube, Netflix etc. and obviously by playing video games n talking to people in Discord servers
School, music, TV, movies and books. When you are from a small nation lots of what you see and hear in the media comes from the outside world, most of that here is then in English with German a distant second and french or Spanish even more seldom unless you seek it out.
Also programming computers, everything regarding programming and the like is pretty much in English. I started programming when I was 12.
I are speak england.
Way to learn some? Games, music, movies.
I got the vocab from video games, movies etc. but all my grammar knowledge came from the school
i learned it through all day life as i am in contact with the language a lot due to movies, tv, games and stuff like that. it also really helped out that dutch is also a Germanic language. its not perfect but i would say my English is really good.
how can i come in here if I'm not an english speaker...
Too much gaming, movies and music. Binge watching YouTube videos and series in english also helped me a lot.
English videos/books/media english, friends, and living in an English speaking city. After 10 years I’m petty much fluent now.
Well i learnt english in a private institue, although we learn it in school here in Argentina its not enough.
This year i wanna sit for the Cambridge Advanced Certificate
Started with elementary school, then added playing Quake 3 with a German clan which was way more effective, then English shows and YouTube and lately relationship with Finnish girl which has boosted fluency the most.
I just did my school homework for English class
Through english lessons and contact with it on videos and reading. Got C2 (CEFR) on an oxford test from my university
Everything from playing games.
Nothing from school.
Mainly from Runescape before they added the grand exchange. Also lots of keyboard wars with other runescapers that I couldn't afford to lose, it maximized my written words per seconds speed and I had to sound intelligent to be more credible so I started googling words one by one to make sure I spelled everything correctly and then I went to school like a normal human being and worked on my English even more ( I was already fluent from my internet adventures but the classes were just a bonus as i never had anything less than 90% , exams were super easy ). English was one of my classes even though the main language where I'm from is French.
depends on ur mother tongue
I'm Vietnamese so it's easier to learn English than Chinese
btw my English sucks dick
But dont count european language speakers. For them learning english is easy as fuk.
Almost all private Schools in India have their curriculum in English so it's like natural for us to have good english (excluding the accent ofc XD)

8 Years in school and internet
I learned it on my own with Reddit and YouTube. I wouldn't say that school has impacted my English skill, I've been learning till now cuz u can't get perfect in a language if it is not your mother language.
I wouldn't call my English good, but I learned it by going to school in the US. I'm currently attending an American college.
My English is pretty nice as compared with the other guys living in my country but no alternative way to improve my speaking ability. Whenever I speak some1 who is opposites to me speaking English, I am stuck, i can't combine words clearly in my mind.
idk just I was reading english letters and that's it
My country offers great education.
School + internet mens)))
(Also having a lot of uk tourists in the summer helps)
on the afghani battlefield... thank u us for sending english teachers 🙏
cartoon network, school and general interest in computers and games as a kid, which made way more sense in english than in native language. I can't understand people who have installed OS in native language, it's so weird.
school, games and shows/movies
Because in most countries school’s teach you that. And wathching american movies, playing online games with foreigners...
TV and Youtube helped my learning process as well. When I entered college my English just started being better and better, although my pronunciation is poor.
Just go to pasha london school

In school at first, then I started fansubbing and playing online video games around 16 y/o and I improved a lot. Now, I watch some tv shows and I have to speak English for work every day for more than 5 years so I'm pretty used to
Gaming. Mainly pro raiding in WoW (and the communication that is there) and i also played years of really really hc Arma 2 / Arma 2 Dayz mod games with a clan of US gamers (who were also soldiers IRL) so the communication was top notch and i learned fast.
I learnt english commenting and reading on HLTV forum, now my english is very xoroso and i dont cars no more about my english, my skill is perfect.thanks mens for improving my english skill
Watching english youtubers and playing minecraft with burgers
English is a socalled combined language..
its not a stand alone language..
So its bassicly "not their own" or "old" as such. its a mix of a lot of other languages.. Danish. Spanish, French and so on.. and over time its all been mixed up and such and english become english.
But that is why so many can learn english easy because its bassicly based on their own languages for big parts.
School, YouTube and gaming. It's not perfect tho, I was too lazy to learn all the grammar rules and constructions. I could take English course in university (I'll have to choose one foreign language), but I haven't decided yet
Its not perfect but im not even trying to make it perfect-its all about to understand the other side and vice versa- i have solid accent and i like to have an accent-not to hard copy some US cali accent
I grew up watching english movies with danish subtitles and playing video games so when i started learning it in school when i was 9 years old i already knew some of the basics.
