Lithuania P1X3Late
amazon.co.uk/CyberpowerPC-Wyvern-2060-Ga.. Let's take this as an example, how good would it be, what would be a must to change or it's fine??

I'm being serious though, it has never failed me in years. Why is it so bad for you? Building with parts is as expensive as prebuilt nowadays..

yea thosse who build, market and sell it have no cut on it at all 👌😎
2020-02-04 18:16
yes spend 1-2 days buying parts and figuring out how to build it and installing stuff needed, and if you're not a computer geek (me) you'll get frustrated easily if you only realise you bought the wrong incompatible parts when they arrive. Sorry, but I think I'd rather pay the ~£100 extra.

no problem if you're happy with prebuilt pcs but don't tell they are the best. cause they aren't. mostly they are just crap. you just have no idea.

There are a lot of stores, where you can buy parts and pay like 50€ for them to build it and test it. That's gonna be 100 times better than buying a prebuilt that's gonna be more than 100€ more and you'd have the exact parts that you want/need from good brands. Those prebuilts are out of date or use random power supplies or ram.So you end up paying like 400€ more for a worst pc.
2020-02-04 18:41
There are websites where you can pick parts for your PC, and it will notify you if you’ve picked any parts that are incompatible with each other
2020-02-04 18:41
it's not that hard to learn how to build you just spend 2-3 hours and it's fine, but complicated in that way that some part getting old way faster then others, for example i7 2600k 9 year old CPU is still fine nowadays but 9 years old GPU is shit, so if you bough 9 years ago top prebuild CPU and GPU, you need just change GPU and it's fine(if ssd/hdd isnt dead), also you need to clean you pc parts, for that you need to know how unpluge them, it's kinda 50% of pc build

learing to build a pc takes 10minutes on youtube. If you dont understand after 10 minutes never try

Ok Albanian. I dont have a childhood of taking pc parts so I dont know.

well its lego but 100x bigger, a 2year old can probably build a pc
2020-02-04 22:02
I dont have resources or the time to bother. £100 is not a big deal for me anyway.

the problem with most "pre built" pc's is the adds of the brand you buy.
2020-02-04 22:03
but they also buy their parts in bulk, making it cheaper.
2020-02-04 18:44
Would you spend 100 pounds more on this PC to get it prebuilt instead of spending a few hours to make it yourself
2020-02-04 18:18
#21 because I'm not a computer person and I have nobody around me who is familiar with computers.
2020-02-04 18:19
Use a site like pcpartpicker to figure out if the parts are compatible. The building part is the same as building legos, follow the book you are given and its easy for anyone.
2020-02-04 18:20
well again, why spend the effort in learning. Maybe if I had a lot of free time and no studies to worry about, I would spend 1 day learning and doing it. But I don't. Just unnecessary stress for me.
2020-02-04 18:24
I would assume if you are a student you would rather spend a sunday doing it than spend 100 pounds. But whatever floats your boat I guess

I mean, I bought it outright from the dealership, but okay. Yes my bank account still manages to have money in it.
2020-02-04 18:31
so do you only eat take away food too? cause why going through the hassle of learning to cook right
2020-02-04 19:00
I eat ham sandwiches and burgers only with chips. So yeah you would be right actually?

Probably would've been like 700 or 800 if u built it yourself
2020-02-04 18:14
Probably would have been more likely to break I have only ever had to swap out one video card from another alienware after 5 years of playing games on it. Other than that, since I got it in 2011 it hasn't failed me.
2020-02-04 18:16
lmao poor kid spotted, i didnt buy prebuilt but i paid legit 250 extra to get it built + proper lights in it and delivered

Ok, you waste your money on that. I prefer buying better components over wasting money on something you can do with an easy youtube tutorial

Idiots above me thinking prebuilt are still shit OMEGALUL I will always prefer to build a pc over buying a complete package but nowadays prebuilts might be slightly more expensive than building ur own but for people who dont have time or no clue wtf theyre doing its completly fine continue thinking ur better cuz you can build a pc lol

who dont know or dont want to build pc can just go to any local pc shop with the parts and say build this for me. maybe cost 20-100€ depending what you want and where you go. also all good pc part shops have this option that they build it for you.

the thing is that building PC isn't hard, u have millions of tutorials on youtube or basically everywhere. even if someone seriously has 0 time or skills (i doubt), nowadays im sure everyone has at least 1 person that knows IT stuff and can make it for you for free/for low price

Go to a company where they build PCs. Put a limit in the price. I've done that and it was the best decision I made.

Build is good, but 16GB 2400MHz DDR4 RAM isn't enough for this PC, I would recommend you to add 32GB 3000MHz DDR4 RAM

Dude, it depends what you are going to do with this build; If you play only CS then it's not even necessary to upgrade it so much; Anyway, RAM is cheap and it won't be necessary to add more in future.

I'd say if you really don't want to build one yourself just take this one instead (way better CPU for just a few pounds more): amazon.co.uk/CyberpowerPC-Wyvern-2060-Ga..
2020-02-04 18:40
yeah it's fine for that price, you should buy it if you want to make it op , get it sell the cpu get an i7, even second hand , and you'll be fine that i5 it's really good too just my opinion edit: i've made mine in 2017, i7 7700k , 16ram, gtx 1070 , 144hz monitor ssd hdd etc etc , still great today
