yeah I agree with you, how many times did the community ask for things that would never see the day.
Just look recently, everyone even the pros say that SG and AUG are clearly overpowered and need a nerf and valve just don't care, same for vertigo everyone wants to get it out and want to see cache and cobble back.
Sound chat between switch and endgame
Old fast m4a1s
Better movement of models
Better gun sounds
Csgo had it peak at 2015 now its shit I just play it once a week to rage at some noobs(playing on low rank ez 1st every game)
The funny thing is, the SG never changed, all it got was a price change and suddenly everyone realized how amazing it is... They literally had this lying right under their nose for all these years but nobody bothered with it.
MAN, 2-3 years ago I was absolutely trash and now I can't say that I'm good but I'm just okay even tho I'm still pretty skinny.
I started the gym 7 months ago and really, if you are determinated at least a bit you will progress fastly especially at the beginning.
Cmon everyone can do it even my friend some months ago couldn't even do pull ups and now he can make some.
you are still young, i'm 17yo too and lack confidence too but I guess it's common at our age.
If you don't want to go to gym you're not forced to do it man, but I think it's a good thing and especially it would distract yourself from your cs addiction.
Are you doing good at school ? Are you going to uni next year ? If yes then you will be more busy and you won't play cs too much.
Honestly I'm not super well placed to give you advices considering I'm not really busy in my life & don't do shit at school but something is sure is that I was addicted to cs (maybe still a bit even now) and I know it ruins your confidence and waste your time bcs you play a game you don't even like anymore.
I do very good in school. I'm a scientific kinda person I think. Uni is a must for me. I have always been self concious and that became insecurity overtime. I tried to patch it up eith alcohol and weed, but didn't work out.
over 7K hours in 1.6 and csgo in total. uninstalled the game like 1 month ago when i have realised that i cannot play it for fun and pleasure anymore. Watching it on twitch is enough and its much better for my mental and i also get better quality rest after work without getting crazy while playing this broken game with c4ncer community.
I like to look around in the workshop for competitive maps and try them out against bots but I havent played online in over a year or something now. I just felt that the quality of people that you play against and get teamed up with was too low and I just quit.
I stopped playing CS in 2006 because. Motive: girls and never regreted. I cameback in 2018. Motive: now I work and cant party during the week so playing cs with friends is better than watching netflix.
I still play CSGO, but only for fun. Of course i want to win the games but it's not really that important to me anymore.... i just like playing the game
i also mix it up with 1.6 and CSS from time to time just to get that nostalgic feel. there are still a lot of really fun casual servers out there
but mostly i play BF4, BF1, The Division 2, and a handful of other games
depends on people but idk how you can play multiple competitives games at the same time.
If I play a competitive game, I can't focus on an other one too.
4years straight that I play cs and I did not play any COMPETITIVE game during that period
u mean like completely different games? or like multiple comp CSGO games one after the other?
Comp CSGO is really the only "competitive" game i'll play... the rest are just casual for fun type games like BF4 or something
I don't even play CS seriously anymore...
A few years ago i was really serious with ESEA and was able to get up to LEM and A. I got sick of how toxic the players were, how serious the games were, and eventually just stopped.
Now i play MM with a couple friends and we just have fun. It's not worth the stress lol
lot of players (me included) prefer serious games but fun games are good too, obviously the highest level you play at the more the games are serious.
If you prefer playing the game for fun it's great man, rn I'm doing like you, just chilling on the game
I honestly just play community servers now. I've stop competitive cause I really not improving and I don't have the time to spend an hour playing games, and when I do, i would rather just go out with friends.
Playing since 2014
Stopped playing in 2016 cuz stupid updates I've mentioned on #90.
Came back in 2019
Now just playing for fun on low ranks(le rn)
I was really good in 2015 tho rip cs career
