Cooking long grain rice you should use two cups of water to 1 cup of rice and to cook it you should head it up on a hob until the water is bubbling then reduce the heat to simmering and put a lid over the top of it then set an 18 minute timer and at the end you should have nice white rice. also remember to clean the rice first to clear off excess starch and put a pinch of salt in with the rice at the beginning to add some flavour to it

go for quinoa, best shit ever. alot of proteins and alot of carbs. and fills u like a motherfucker. put 1 part quinoa in a pan and use 2 parts of stock for better taste and cook on medium for 10 minute without a lid and 5 minute with lid.

I once made a lot of burritos and froze about half of them. It worked out pretty well. I didn't use watery vegetables like tomatoes because I didn't know if they would freeze well, instead I used stuff like cabbage and bell peppers. You could also just make a sauce, almost any sauce is decent for freezing, and then boil pasta or rice fresh as it only takes little time.

i like my chicken curry. cut some onion slices, put them in the pan with some oil of ur choice. add the chicken and some veggies of ur choice. put some coconut milk, depend on how much u wanna prep for. add curry powder as u like. let it cook meanwhile have some rice in the rice cooker. easy life.

400g bag of basic macaronis. 400g of ground beef. Boil the macaronis with a pinch of salt. Cook the ground beef and put some salt, pepper and if u find a seasoning mix for ground beef. Mix 8dl of milk with 3 eggs. Put all of them together to a dish. MIx everything well and put a nice layer of cheese on top of it. Oven it 45mins in 200 degrees. Very easy and gets even better in fridge.
