Was doing bar lifts and my left arm is weaker than my right. So next day I was sore but the soreness went away everywhere except for the inside of my left elbow. Day 3 and I cant straighten it and it hurts like a mf. I'm starting to feel like it's an injury instead of just soreness. Anybody know what muscle it could be? (Alpha only thread).

do dumbbell lifts and focus more on your bad side. They will get same strenght. Dumbbell > barbell

Don't do same muscles everyday. I do day 1 chess and biceps, 2 legs, 3 triceps back, 4 legs, 5 shoulders delts, 6 legs 7 rest

Still pretty convinant that just soreness i had kinda similar thing no so long ago just with the biceps I couldn't straight my arm for 7 days. Specially when you are doing 2 days in row same part of the body which is huge mistake for beginners

Idk but maybe if I remember correctly when you Excesising your arm there's also muscle around elbow and maybe that's it. But Its hard to judge, maybe he actually fucked up something in the elbow or maybe it's just a feeling like the elbow is hurting and actually is muscle.

The pain on the inside of your elbow can happen if you not warm up long enough or make a minor wrong movement. Should go away after a few days, rest until then and start with light weight.

Looks like a case of epicondylitis or epitrochelitis. With your palms up, is it the inside or the outside of the elbow? does it hurt when you move your forearm towards and away from your body? Does it hurt when you press the point of pain with your fingers? Which exercises have you been doing?

Probably one of triceps head. I would see the doctor anyway, if the pain will stay longer just go to doctor.
