Sleep related panic attacks pt2

hltv.org/forums/threads/2243856/sleep-re.. heres first thread for context Past 24 hours I slept for 3 hours in 3 , 1 hour naps Each time I woke up I had the panic attack with the first at 4am being the worst Next 1 hour nap was at 11am , still same thing after I woke up Last one was around 4pm I know that when I relax and fall asleep I will wake up in complete existential dread feeling like I'm in a nightmare but I don't have anyway of fixing it yet so here I am stuck I make these threads to talk to people about it as this is my only way of coping with this ,so far.

Biggest stress I have rn is that my PC is where I spend all my time 10 hours a day on free days and my PC is completely dead rn and don't have the money currently to fix it Havnt touched cs in 2 weeks this is fucked man

Jokes aside, after my breakup I used to wake up just after falling asleep and feel very anxious, couldn't relax for like 20mins after that, couldn't get enough sleep, that would result in shitty, swinging mood. I thought I was going insane. After few weeks it stopped

for me when i sleep with my head up i sometimes experience a weird short dream about being trapped in somewhere and something is watching me, usually the scenarios are in a old house in jungle, the bed where im at and a train. on the dream i feel fear and the feeling on being watched, when i try to scream it comes out muffled like someone taped my mouth shut or something. its weird that its just those 3 scenarios always the same/. really interesting dream, i sometimes sleep with head up to feel it again

My sense of touch is really distorted during these Like every single time I pick up my phone it feels like it's curved like the back as if it's not flat but bent When I eventually fall asleep and wake up shitting myself I'll make sure to scream KURWA

I had same shit just my pannic attacks were even worse than yours i would wake up im the middle od the night start scream my GF would try to calm me but many Times i couldnt feel my ARM or leg anexiety and stress cause panici attacks and on rate cases overthinking.Weed can also cause panic attacks if u do smoke stop that is probably the cause than.

Had the same, go for some medical herbs (I recommend Nervosan) and D+B vitamins, worked like a charm. Hadn't single panic attack since I started taking these.

are you sure you are not using drugs? for me weed gives me panic attacks, feeling insecure. first time using ecstasy was horror in night, you open your eyes and you see random people sitting infront of your bed, they all coming to you and trying to speak but i couldn't hear them and you just scared af start hiding in fcking house.. friend told me when he got home, he saw me on chair with rope around my neck. then it fucked my brain so hard, i was afraid of darkness/night for like a week.
