i started witch normal push ups then i read some articles watched some vids etc. bought some supplyments started to eat better and more :)
Now i have almost 100kg and im 196cm i gained about 15kg :D

Didn't go once. But I managed to get a nice refund I didnt expect that at all, they were nice about it.
I used to live next to gym with treadmills close to windows and it was often used by hot chicks with nice tits. I see it as absolute gym succes story
2018 i went to the army and after i got out i thought to myself this would have been lot easier if i was fit. also i didn't have any contact with girls in the past 3 years since i was just playing cs / whatever, not working out and eating like shit. i was 193cm/108kg and decided that fuck it ill change my life and now year and a half later im at 89 kg and for the first time in my life i see my abs and have a sharp chin. started going out drinking, hooking up with random girls and now even managed to find a girl i've spent last 5 months with. propably going back to school this year aswell and getting a better degree.
I came back early this year from an injury, already caught up with my previous strength and in some ways surpassed it.
was 15yo/60kg/185cm and started doing pull ups with my friends outside at the bars.
got addicted, started doing calisthenics. got in a really good shape, started doing weighted calisthenics. half a year ago moved to the gym, started doing powerbuilding. right now 19yo/105kg/185cm and going strong. next year goal is 200kg bench press.
gym is for wannabe sport guys.

I am a cyclist. I was a heavy smoker up until 2015, when I decided I want to quit smoking. I was playing basketball earlier and I was never fat, but cardio training was always tough 4 me (due to the smokes). So I started with cycling in 2015, I have some very steep hills in my local area which were killing my lungs and my legs. But little by little I was getting stronger and stronger. On 31.08.2019. I rode 302 km on my bike in 11 hrs, which was imposible to even think about a few yeats ago. This year I have even bigger plans, Im constantly looking for the steepest mountain roads to test myself. I've never felt better and stronger in my entire life, and I am 33 years old xD
I wasnt able to lift weights over 10kg for 2 years, because I was doing dialysis and eventually got a transplanted kidney.
Started with the gym since november. My posture is very good now, I sleep amazingly and I started to eat better.
First 6 weeks I was doing slowly and easily for obv reasons. Updated the gym-plan 4 weeks ago - replaced many of the machines to free weights and started going 3 times a week.
At the beginning I was 57kg (im 20yo). Right now i'm 62kg.
But it's still the beginning, i'm waiting for good weather to go outside running/cycling.
I started lemonade stand outside gym and stronk guys bought it. So I became very success.
i went from an 85 kg squat as a beginner to 150 kg in my first 4 months of serious lifting doing 5x5. then i injured my knee and have struggled to come back ever since
Started working out late october last year and haven't skipped a day of my bro split since)) (apart from a week-long break during holidays)
Started running on 1st April at 120kg (that's 265 freedom units), lost 35kg (77lbs) by October. On the first day, I almost died after 1 km. Managed to run a half-marathon in 2 hours and 17 seconds by September. Started gym in October, been gaining muscle since. Fun fact - I still eat shit. It's just about calorie balance.

i was little kid 16 no confidence, then i did everyday 50 pushups 50 crunches and kinda liked it, started with bodyweight training and kickboxing and now im pretty confident, no problems speaking too anyone anymore.
I started to deadlift a year ago. My max was (the max I dared to try) around 50kg. Now I lift 120kg.
love the success stories, mine is more a motivational, not a gym specific story
so I was raised and trained in the ways of martial arts since early age and the mental discipline and self respect and the path to success and mastery. Somewhere along the way I slowly turned away from it and never applied what i had been taught in real life, suddenly one day I realized how lazy and unfocused I had been for years, living like a zombie on autopilot and by default and that this laziness was the reason of every bad thing. Laziness and entertaining yourself too much with things you know arent making you happy is a guaranteed way to crash and burn at some point. So out of that I started to get visions of my future and started applying myself again, one day and moment at a time, in every moment and thing with patience and confidence. And now way later I reached many of my partial goals, that would seem impossible back then, still not sure exactly were im going, but the goals are irrelevant at this point, im enjoying the journey and the present so much better, when I have focus and goals and see that anyone can reach them and transform your life simply with the right attitude and patience, its a good feeling, confidence that you can do anything if you just decide, or at lthe very least get out of bad situation and be able to feel great again.
ive picked up skateboarding again after years, initially just to be outside more and travel more, free my mind and meet people, and ended up with a massive new amazing social circle and even a flow sponsorship going on trips and events etc
Also started going to a local gym again for mixed maratial arts, and they thought I had the competence to be instructor for beginner and intermediate classes so I got a part time job.
and a many few other less impressive and more simple personal changes, but in all the biggest change is that I started doing things without a fixed expectation or outcome, but still with a strong decision and goal to just do and start something and its amazing how far you sometimes reach just from that, just deciding to do something you like and keep doing without pressure from yourself or anyone.
Put in 6-7 kg since last February.
Now I’m 70 kg
Been going to the gym like 3 times pr week the last year, some weeks more like 5 days.
Just trying to get more lean and athletic as I do a lot of sports

Around Helloween 2018 i weight 67 KG with a hight if 181 cm.
I decided to to gain weight, while training.
Now my weight is 78,5KG and my strengh massively increased.
I was also bullied during 5-10 grade, going to the gym was really helpfull for my confidence.
i gained good mass of muscle + fat a bit in just 1 year ( from 65 to 80 kg)
I went from 66 to 76 now, maintaining a fat percentage of 6-7%. I'll probably be satisfied when I'm around 86. I'm 180 tall.
