Sleeping problems

I struggle with this for years but recently its starting to hit me really hard, struggling with sleep schedule. I feel like my biological rhythm is like when I got to sleep at 4-5 am and wake up at 1-3pm, that's where I'm feeling the best. But whenever I'm in that schedule I always find myself going to sleep later and later, yday I went to bed at 1pm lol. But whenever I try fixing it and go to sleep like normal people (9pm-7am) I wake up every 2hours, have weird dreams and feel very stressed out throughout the day. Anyone can relate to this?

i had an irregular sleep schedule for years then since i got a bright light therapy lamp i have gone to bed and woke up at the same time about every day (with an alarm). I havent been using it for like a month now but my sleep cycle has been set and will be like that until it gets disrupted i think.

You use it in the morning to set your circadian rhythm

It could help more than having the room be dark. But going outside in the sun for like 15 minutes when you wake up would be the most ideal but you can’t always do that in the morning

The body takes time to adapt, so try harder, this is your best option.

Dont force yourself, be relaxed Also, take 4 paracetamol before sleep

Use some chill tablets, we have in Russia Pustirnik Forte Evalar. Its really good tablets, put you smooth and nice in chill conditions, they can renove your tiredness, good for heart. I have good sleeping like 8-9 sometimes 7 hrs. Ask doctor bro

It's all about discipline, if you want to have a consistent sleeping schedule you have to go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, not just during the work days but also weekend

Probably yeah, I'm 29 and i think my body is done with this kind of lifestyle. I usually fuck up at the weekends when I smoke a joint, play with friends or whatever and whoosh it's 4am, it's really about discipline :x

I know the problem mate, I'm only 21 but it takes like 2 or 3 days for me to feel better waking up at 7 am but then it's almost weekend and I fuck it up again lol

If this is a big problem for you i would recommend you asking your doctor for Xanax or another benzo and use it very carefully. When i have bad sleep problems i just pop a xanax and my stress kinda mellows out and allows me to sleep. Now that shit is addicting so use with care, ya know?

If you use it at the correct doses they are way more of a help than a burden atleast for my case. I have more of anxiety than stress tho. So i do not know if it will help that much in your case.

i have that as well and i usually smoke weed for that. i tried some pills (anti depressants, sleeping pills) and i always felt like pure shit, benzos i tried as well and obviously liked it but also felt how easily addictive i can get there so im like no pills at all.

Yeah I understand that. I was quite scared at first aswell using benzo, however ive learned to regulate It well so I am not at risk.

The other thing you can do is basicly just do not eat at night and like everyone else already said get exercise during the day.
2020-02-18 11:03
Going to the gym will help you and put the phone away when you try to sleep
2020-02-18 10:57
Just smoke weed every evening.

+1 everyone need to realize that there is no such thing as a quick fix, you need time.
2020-02-18 11:13
Take melatonin
2020-02-18 11:08
start exercising, when the body is tired you will fall asleep with no problems. Less monitor, less gaming, more fresh air during the day.
2020-02-18 11:11
get a job you'll be fixed.
