I have a huge problem. I workout 5 days a week, I don’t know this is the reason but I crave for junk food so much! How to deal with this help please! I can’t waste my workout by eating high calorie shit junk food. Help please mens(((

Do you have a cheat day in the week? For me its much easier because i know there is one day where i can eat what i want, if u workout 5 times a week you surely deserve one. Eating once a week also reduces the craving for junkfood through all of the week

bring your meal to the gym and eat it when you are done with your workout. Throw away half of the junk food in your house and half of the half away the next week

make sure you eat a late breakfast and a early dinner making your fast through the night can burn more calories while youre not "hungry" because you would be asleep. late breakfast early dinner gg mens i went from 265lbs to 185lbs and this is what helped me diet the best alsooooo dont drink calories only water.
