I have a huge problem. I workout 5 days a week, I don’t know this is the reason but I crave for junk food so much! How to deal with this help please! I can’t waste my workout by eating high calorie shit junk food.

Do you have a cheat day in the week? For me its much easier because i know there is one day where i can eat what i want, if u workout 5 times a week you surely deserve one. Eating once a week also reduces the craving for junkfood through all of the week
Yeah I have but the thing is, when I eat junk food, I feel like I get out of order and I just can’t maintain one cheat day. Next day I say “shit I already fucked up by eating too much junk food, I’ll just eat today too.” because crave is real men ((
make sure you eat a late breakfast and a early dinner making your fast through the night can burn more calories while youre not "hungry" because you would be asleep.
