i dunno whats the deal with depressed people, like are u really depressed? is ur brain not able to produce any happy chemicals, then i can say ok ur depressed but for the rest of the world thats just mood swings and a little bipolar disorders cuz of u being stuck in a comfort zone without balls to leave it.

basicly get yourself a routine, clean your room it helps to sort things in the head aswell cause its your enviroment

Go outside. Spending energy creates more energy. It's a mystery but it's true. If you have low energy it's because you aren't active enough.
cannot stress how important exercise is. I've felt like shit and it's usually the only thing that helps.
