ENCE hate is deserved and here's why.
A first thing to note is that the community largely enjoyed AleksiB and were rooting for him to go A sometimes maybe B. After the kick, ENCE were all talking shit about and downplaying how much AleksiB did in the team, despite still using a bunch of his strats. Allu and sunny aren't really doing much right when it comes to in game leading. This long after kicking your IGL, you should at least have a new playbook. Most teams don't run the same shit after 3/4 months as they understand you need new strats or you get stale and teams can easily read you, that's why teams like Furia and Avangar couldn't stay in the top 5 after their success.
They weren't professional enough to actually keep playing with him and work through or put aside any personal problems.
They kicked their IGL and now lack any kind of fundementals or clear leadership and tactics. Their reasoning for kicking AleksiB was that they wanted more firepower. How about they kick xseven or aerial because statistically speaking, AleksiB was better than BOTH of them at big events in 2019, so that firepower angle doesn't measure up against the stats. Combine that with the fact he's also your fucking in game leader at the same time, and you start to wonder why ENCE didn't kick one of the 2 lowest performers for an upgrade. Most of the community wanted to see sunny in ENCE at one point, but not at the expense of AleksiB.
As for them saying they want to be the best team in the world, how are you gonna do that if you don't have a half decent fucking IGL anymore? ENCE is wasting sergeJ's potential as well as that of sunny and even allu. They'd be fine if they actually sat down and restructured the team, kicked one of the bots xseven or aerial, and as soon as they realise they're playing like dog shit, it's suddenly all about "having fun and being ready for 2020" instead of being the number 1 team in the world.
Come on, get your fucking story straight ENCE.
Kicking a player is with upgrades in mind is fine, it takes balls to do that, especially if you were a solid team to begin with. If you did it in anything resembling a civil manner, there wouldn't be any hate.
Talking shit afterwards, aiming so high and not delivering on it or even getting close to it, and then changing your whole narrative about your goals, all while not admitting you fucked up is just fucking shameless and pathetic. That's why people are hating on ENCE.
TLDR: The kick isn't the biggest reason for hate, it's how badly ENCE dealt with it afterwards combined with the shit they talked and goals they set out, which they will never deliver on. Hate is not deserved for the kick, but how they dealt with it.
