yes, if you're consuming a lot of calories i'd say it's very likely you'll get a sufficient amount of protein too. i'd recommend you start off with neither, keep track of how much protein you're consuming and take it from there. whey protein isn't some magic potion

Im afraid im gonna have a big body like bodybuilders so im not taking any supplements. I just want a fit body, im doing calisthenics btw

yeah you don't have to worry lol. unless you're going to be juiced up, perfect you're lifting routine, have very good genetics and stick to a strict diet then there's no chance of that happening

It doesn’t matter what protein, it just matters how much you are having. Whey is a fast absorbing protein so it’s good to have it once you wake up.
