Dude the video of Niko rolling his eyes at the major is my most treasured CS gif.
But Faze had the most firepower in 2017. No question.
But just like 2019 showed having the most firepower doesn't necessarily mean you are winning everything.
They still had insane firepower which especially showed in ESL New York and ELEAGUE Premier, also managed play SK close on some maps.

Teams like SK, old NiP and Fnatic had good aimers but not to the same degree, they had other elements of the game to rely on. Navi might make the list but 1 event and a blast group isn't a big enough sample size.

I'd say Liquid for all of 2019. They didn't fall off until after the player break.

Their last event before the player break was at the end of July. So that's about 5 months of play where they've ''fallen off''. Mouz at the end of 2019 where definitely a better team than Liquid at that point, especially firepower-wise. But throughout the year Liquid were definitely #1 firepower-wise.

I know the scene wasn't that competitive back then but they were still big fraggers relative to their era, in a team heavily relying on firepower. I'm not comparing them to today's standards.

no, im just not wearing rose-tinted goggles. fact is nip 2013 was shitting on garbage competition which highly inflated their stats, they weren't good. no one took csgo seriously back in 2012/13 when nip was dominating, the only team that did was NiP and maybe VeryGames. stop being delusional.
