Still working at office, nothing has changed for me.
Teacher staying at home, trying to keep 11yo pupils interested and doing something relevant.
You can´t teach new stuff in home assignments, so it´s about keeping skill level up in a non-too-boring way.
Schools have been closed for 2 weeks now and will remain so for at least 2 more. Most likely closed for another month or more.
Biggest worry is for the weakest pupils, who won´t be doing anything useful and will have a hard time starting up gain. But I think parents are doing a great job keeping their kids active.
I hear in some classes there is only 1/3 response rate from pupils to assignments. In my class it´s 2/3 on average ... and no word at all from 3/20.
I think this years summer vacations will be shortened, for schools to catch up. That makes sense to me.
For now getting full pay, expect that to continue.
