Bruh u dumb ? You should not go out to a hospital and infect more people ... If you dont REALLY NEED Medical care you stay at home and isolate yourself .. ( what you should do already ... ) Not waste Time of Doctors just because you have a normal Krankheitsverlauf of COVID
2020-04-05 22:01
yeah, just a normal krankheitsverlauf of covid. nothing to see here!
2020-04-05 22:06
Austria swehy
so you are some of the people who think you will die as soon as you have COVID and not get treated ?
2020-04-05 22:09
yes instantly.

2020-04-05 22:51
he is right... if you are young and healthy 39 degree fever aint doing nothing to you
2020-04-05 22:50
+1 from 39C+ u damage your organs and u can die , so at 39.65 i would go to hospital, instead f damage my organs, but jeah , u guys are doctors
2020-04-05 22:54
another guy stating uninformed opinions as if they were facts... even at 41C you do not face any risks from pyrexia unless you also have some comorbidities that do not go well with fever (which is very rare), do not claim something if you didn't even check it
2020-04-06 01:03
U are wrong, we know this in Germany, we are smarter than guys like you, but nice try Mr Google, read the studies, then u know
2020-04-06 01:09
#97 funny thing is i didn't even use google for it, but you probably should
2020-04-06 01:40
I had one time 40 fever and my kidneys damaged from this so I know this u idiot, and then I read enough o er it, but nt dumbass, also my doc explain it to me
2020-04-06 01:43
thank you for your anecdote, would be nice if you could also include what your "doc explained" to you, i would like to be proven wrong if i made any mistakes
2020-04-06 02:17
That over 39, u can get damage at kidneys liver and heart, and that they saw it in my blood that my kidney is starting to get damaged, then they cool it down and I'm lucky that everything is fine now, it will not happen every time but over 39. 5 I would go to an doctor or cool it down with medicine by my self, at 40 u can die too and it can go higher when u sleep, it's not so easy, hightemperature is a bit danger, mostly when it is more then 48 hours this high
2020-04-06 02:25
that is not an explanation, he simply told you what happened, the cause and the effect isn't the same thing dude you just associated correlation with causation on your own. you clearly didn't even look at what i linked, of course you can get damage in organs at 39, as in 38, 37, 36 35 and so on, but the cause of damage won't be the temperature, unless you have (as i mentioned before) a severe comorbidity/comorbidities, that make/makes the fever dangerous in your particular case what is your source on 40C being deadly? however if you want to tell me another anecdote or link me a case of sepsis patient/4 months old infant, then you can get lost
2020-04-06 04:44
hes obv baiting
2020-04-06 11:05
are you serious? 41C and not facing any risks?
2020-04-06 02:19
read carefully, if your hypothalamus set this temperature (which is very rare) and there are no additional severe comorbidities asides from the infection, then yes 41 is still not life threatening nor do you face any permanent damage (of course I am not saying that having that temperature isn't concerning, anything above 40 should be consulted with medical staff, as it might indicate something serious that you are not aware of, but the fever itself is almost always beneficial)
2020-04-06 04:30
Germany LeopoldLoewe
Thank you for being reasionable here.
2020-04-05 22:51
the last thing he should do is leaving his house with such symptoms, name doesnt check out at all
2020-04-06 01:53
actually no, you should absolutely get tested if you feel sick.
2020-04-06 02:06
so? you dont need to leave your house for that and infect other people smh my head just call ambulance (if it exists in jermeny)
2020-04-06 03:15
why do you talk if you have no clue, artificially lowering a fever is simply counterproductive as it impairs immune system while the infection isn't over, don't ever suggest that to anyone, it is only recommended in rare cases like sepsis or very high temperatures (above 42.5C)
2020-04-05 22:07
thats absolutely wrong lol.
2020-04-05 22:08
sure dude, how does immune system work in your "opinion" then? i am very curious to hear that
2020-04-05 22:09
do you realize that a high fever is able to kill you? and does most of the time nothing good anyways? its a desperate move that your body does when your immune system seems to be overwhelmed. lower the fever, hydrate, and support your immune system any way you can.
2020-04-05 22:11
i am scared that you are not baiting, pyrexia is a natural response that allows your leukocytes to work more efficiently, you need to read on how hypothalamus works dude, you probably base your knowledge on hear say...
2020-04-05 22:15
god damnit you are stupid af. read up on medical guidlines. no doctor in the WORLD will say: oh nice he has a fever, thatll help the leukocytes LOL. braindead cunt.
2020-04-05 22:31
If fever is detrimental then why do we still have it?
2020-04-05 22:56
its from a time where we didnt have hospitals bro.
2020-04-06 01:02
Ok hospitals negate the effectiveness of fever
2020-04-06 21:29
No they don’t.
2020-04-06 22:13
Why'd you say so then
2020-04-08 19:53
I worded it a bit wrong perhaps.
2020-04-08 21:19
you are baiting right?
2020-04-05 22:32
a fever will always be treated. just stop this bs.
2020-04-06 02:07
A stupid person is not the one who lacks the knowledge, but the one who denies it, even despite having it thrown onto one's physiognomy.
2020-04-06 02:15
don't listen to this dumbass, he is lost. Everything you said is correct
2020-04-06 02:20
Really? Like when he said you should treat fever over 42,5 degrees? When you are most likely already dead? Kek
2020-04-06 09:57
Just don't treat fever below 40°C with IBU. It's counterproductive.
2020-04-06 10:51
my best friend is a general practitioner, I asked him today, lets see what he has to say.
2020-04-06 10:52
2020-04-06 10:59
He said that in hospitals generally speaking you will try to bring fever down, whilst looking what the cause for it is. With children you want to reduce fever in pretty much any case because of possible complications. So whilst fever can be a good thing, it also causes stress for your system which you want to avoid with patients who are mostly in not optimal physical condition. So yeah, I was right.
2020-04-06 12:11
that is a very common mistake, if you were to read up on that topic you would realize why that is and why it is changing also young children (infants) are a different case and i do not know much about it, i was talking about a majority of population that can decide for themselves also nice that once again you do not give any explanation whatsoever, typical hearsay knowledge user, get lost and get educated or stop pretending to know stuff
2020-04-06 14:42
so you (who probably isnt a doctor) assume that you are right, and an active actual doctor who has worked years with ACTUAL patients, is wrong.. based on what exactly? some papers who suggest otherwise? IM TALKING ABOUT DAILY PRACTICE YOU ABSOLUTE MORON!
2020-04-06 15:06
oh btw, I did give an explanation. you need to read more carefully.
2020-04-06 15:07
#151 source: my best friend, general practitioner, phd with summa cum laude. mhh....
2020-04-06 12:15
above 42.5 you dead bro btw.
2020-04-05 22:08
you are absolutely correct
2020-04-06 04:39
thats not very safe. Some children died cause of that opinion
2020-04-06 10:02
are you under impression that I was giving parental advice here? infants are a special case and i do not know enough to talk about it, i just know that it is often valid to treat fever in their cases, but if your child is that young you will be concerned over any minor issue, so it most likely won't be you who will make that decision also that is not an opinion, brain damage is a risk only above 42C (again i dont know how it is in infants and other rare special cases, but these are assisted with medical care regardless of severity of pyrexia)
2020-04-06 14:52
Do not take IBU. Can worsen covid.

2020-04-06 01:44
you should not take IBU it will lower your temp and therefore slow down your immune response

No. That’s bs.

37,5 is not a normal temp you dumbo, everything above 37 is not good.
2020-04-05 22:05
37 is the average, but some people have slightly warmer/colder blood than others.
2020-04-05 22:05
37 is not the average... normal body temperature is between 36,0 - 36,9 C
2020-04-05 22:13
Ok, in some studies they can say a little bit different numbers, but your source got 36.1 to 37.2 C, but not 37.5 - there is a difference.
2020-04-05 22:17
Depends on where you measure. The asshole is warmer than the armpits as an example.

your temperature is starting to get to a dangerous zone. take some aspirin, try taking a cool shower and do not wear heavy clothing to let your body cool. after doing that if you temperature is still rising you should consider going to the hospital.
