anything over 65kg is fat for my height
i have 63kg while being "slim" so it's mostly muscles, 2 year of gym and 2 of karate, i still workout but gyms are closed so that doesn't help, i have a boxing bag at home + weights
losing 6kg for someone who is overweight is a huge success especially if they haven't done exercises in a long time. its called step by step or do you expect him to lose 30kg overnight? stop being a dick and focus on your own. you have other things to worry about in Italy rn
its not a "huge" success, overblowing it doesn't help and might cause the opposite effect, he might lose interest cause he already made a HUGE success like you said and stop there
noone is being a dick, grow up instead of offending people for their country problems
where did I offend your country problems? =) Just said that you have other things to worry about instead of telling people on a csgo forum that they need to lose weight. Grow up and stop talking down other people's success. Have a nice day =)
You don't get it, do you? Idc what you say, you're "offending" people on a forum for their weight instead of worrying about your own problems. You have some serious problems sir. I'd work on them. Have a nice evening =)
How ignorant can one person be? I'm scrolling down the Thread and I see like 50 comments from you telling other people to lose weight or put up some weight. Isn't that up to them if it doesn't affect their health? Mind your OWN business and stop being ignorant.
Its not about that. You try to be an online doctor, i know it isn't healthy to have 10kg of fat overweight but what if he's for example LeBron James? 2.06 and 115kg. Obviously mostly pure muscles would u advise him to lose some weight aswell? :D closed
nice strawman fallacy right there, comparing an athlete followed by professionals to the average joe
obviously noone has 10-20kg pure muscles overweight on hltv
you just keep sinking down at each comment
No im asking simple questions because you dont have to be a "pro athlete" to have that kind of body. but yeah you clearly have no idea what you're talking about so google on your sites and advise more people to lose weight =)
apparently your english comprehension isn't that great
i just told you "only top athletes or bodybuilders can have 10-20kg of pure muscles on top of ideal body weight", that means next to 0% of hltv users
apparently your english comprehension isn't that great.
I just told you "that you dont have to be a pro athlete to have that kind of a body" go into LA fitness and you'll see plenty of those. have a nice day my fellow italian friend
if you're eating all of this and going over your maintenance calories you'll gain weight, the ONLY FUCKING WAY to lose weight that's backed up the laws of thermodynamics is staying in a calorie deficit literally nothing else works.
all the sites on the internet I've tried say that I stopped being overweight after 95kg and anything below that is considered healthy weight (which I honestly think I bs) cuz I still want to lose more weight myself
No one said that lmao, 70kg for a 180cm guy simply leaves very little weight for muscle. I have a 180cm 80kg friend and he still looks quite skinny with a bit of muscle.
And saying 171cm 56kg is not underweight is crazy. Its not quite unhealthy yet but you look like a stick.
he said that he needs to gain min. 10kg which is a complete bs.
4-5 kgs ye. just for ur own health. but 65kg? if u dont train and simly dont care why on eath would u gain 10kg? for what? and the most important thing is that he cant gain so much weight. he needs to eat least 6-8 per day which he wont do.
just a random pics of "up to 75 kg athletes" and they are not even bodybuilders. they look fine, and most importantly they dont need to rest for 5 mins after walking up stairs
