im trying to lose this fucking weight because being a fatass sucks ass. Here is the routine i have set up for myself so that i can lose my weight (n potentially gain muscle as well), please tell me if there is anything i can do in order to improve/change this routine to make sure im wasting time when there is better alternatives: 1)wake up and eat an egg with a side of toast with peanut butter on it along with a glass of black coffee 2)burn at least 500 calorie on exercise bike while watching youtube video 3)lift weights utilizing progressive overload 4)eat spoon of peanut butter mens))) 5) eat a bowl of macoroni with no toppings/ingredient other than pepper flake, half a hand full of cheese, and half a tbsp of tx pete hot sauce. (Side note: of you are overweight and are dealing with this shit just dont give up mens, you can only go straight from here if you dont give up :) results will come with time. )

Probably cut back on the peanut butter. Find something else to snack on instead since peanuts are very calorie dense.
2020-04-10 04:59
the peanut butter is more for the protein that it has for rn. ill probably just get some sorta protein solution for soon though so i dont have to deal with the drawbacks of getting my protein from peanut butter.

i would suggest you to not eat anything until 2-3 pm, easier to manipulate calories, it's gonna take you 10-14 days to get used to it, and when i experimented it helped me fall asleep when i ate at night compared to when i would go to bed on an empty stomach ideally do cardio and weights on separate days, 3x a week cardio, 4x a week weights, not crazy intensity, we can go into details about this if you need more help don't really trust the number of calories burned on the machines because they are not the most accurate, no need to pressure yourself with those, just make your body becomes a fat burning machine by moving and being active every single day eat whatever you want and like as long as you get around 200g of protein a day and total calories stay under 2200-2300 make sure to get enough sleep so your hormones are regulated, and you're not hungry all the time MOST IMPORTANT: keep total calories under 2300 sleep 7+ hours a night exercise 5+ times a week

If you want to lose weight, you must eat more carbs, your body use it faster (raise metabolism), eat less protein Rice + fruit and do intervals exercise If you are eating much eggs and peanut butter it will be harder to lose weight But it's not healthy for a long time doing it, lacking micronutrients and raised metabolism will age you After losing weight eat more meat
2020-04-10 05:45
Protein-rich foods, such as meat, fish, eggs, dairy, legumes, nuts and seeds, could help increase your metabolism for a few hours. They do so by requiring your body to use more energy to digest them. This is known as the thermic effect of food (TEF). The TEF refers to the number of calories needed by your body to digest, absorb and process the nutrients in your meals. Research shows that protein-rich foods increase TEF the most. For example, they increase your metabolic rate by 15–30%, compared to 5–10% for carbs and 0–3% for fats. Protein-rich diets also reduce the drop in metabolism often seen during weight loss by helping your body hold on to its muscle mass.

Because it is harder to digest them there is no easy way to use it, so maybe if you are just sitting down at your computer then it's like that. But if you want to use exercise, then carbs are much easier to use (simple to output more power, less effort). Because the glucose is already ready for use and needs no conversions to digest it. So with increased bloodflow from carbohydrate excercise (using carbs), then metabolic rate will go up. On it's own, not.
2020-04-10 05:56
I agree that glucose is better fuel prior to (or while) exercise, but that's completely another topic. You don't need it if you exercise once a day though. I do fasted cardio in the morning and intensive resistance training in the evening, also fasted, and only after that I have my first and only meal.
2020-04-10 06:06
It's not another topic, increased blood flow is of the most important things in metabolic rate (for obvious reasons) But you are correct it is not in isolation without proper exercise

It's been scientifically proven that saying "mens" turns you into an even fatter fuck, despite diet and exercise. And it's irreversible. Sorry bud.

Best way to lose weight is to only eat at the same times every day. Breakfast, lunch, dinner - Thats it. What's actually really awesome for breakfast is just having a bowl of cereals. Best thing you can do is have plain müsli (oatmeal) and put in whatever fresh fruits you like. I love mixing apple, banana and blueberries. Honestly it tastes wayyyyy to good for healthy food, it's insane. Biggest rule of all is to listen to your body and to know the difference between "do I need more?" and "do I want more?" If you only want more. Don't eat. When you go to bed everyday feeling hungry and the desire to eat something, you are doing it right.
2020-04-10 05:52
Very simple: 1. Calorie Deficit 2. It's easier if you eat food that makes you full
2020-04-10 05:52
like cooked egg whites
2020-04-10 06:09
And vegetables and stuff like brown-rice instead of white-rice.

Do intermittent fasting by skipping breakfast, ideally OMAD. No snacks. It will keep your insulin low, raise growth hormone, increase metabolism a bit. Calculate your TDEE and eat slightly under maintenance. Get proper macros, for example: if you eat regular high carb then limit fat intake to 20-30% of your calories, if you want to eat a lot of peanut butter then consider going keto diet (but it will be more expensive).
