unfortunatey bmi is useless and outdated :) you will see plenty of gym goers who are classed as obese yet single digit bf(obviously on gear) but you get my point haha
tren hard anavar give up chaps. stay safe
you seem to be offended by this? but its outdated.
many ppl that workout and be in great shape will be 'overweight' on the bmi chart yet 15% or lower bf.
there are far too many bodyshapes/types to narrow it down to just height and weight.
for example - yoel romero(google him if you dont know him) is classed as obese on the bmi chart. this is an extreme example as hes a genetic god but my point being the bmi is outdated, a certain height and weight doesnt mean your obese
It does not really say anything more advanced than you could tell from those numbers by the look of it. Lets say I am 15 kg heavier. Would you be able to tell if I am slightly fat or have really big muscles without seeing me? No and neither does the BMI. But other methods can.
