overwatch is shit and dead af, only reaosn it was alive for a while was blizzards fundings. cod is a piece of trash and not competetive at all and the only price money is "twitch cancer rivals" and console noscope tournaments. great.

Due to movement being different, the weapon is harder to use and wallbanging is more like 1.6 so it's easier to punish snipers.

if you spam crouch when ADSing with the awp on valorant, you are still 100% accurate while moving. its basically the same as the awp in cs

maybe, but it still takes 0.5 sec if not more to zoom, in cs you can rush with awp and destroy everyone up close with quickscopes which is retarded considering its a sniper rifle right

its high risk, you miss you die and lose 5k + donated a high power rifle to the opponents. also they massively nerfed its offensive capabilities.
its harder to buy an awp in valorant due to economy and it has only 15 bullets and it feels slower compared to the csgo awp. I'd defo say its not as op as the csgo awp. also because its way easier to just 1tap people with vandal and co.

So many factors to take into account... valorant won't die so soon.
It's f2p, weeb fags are more inclined to play it, kids are more likely to play it, most csgo players will give it a try since it has the cs feeling but is completely different (a lot of people are fed up on CS), it's also esports material so if it gets poppin in asia it can easily surpass CS numbers. From playing the game, I think in valorant it's easier to "not suck" so yeah, this game has everything to compete with CS and have longevity doing so.

it's fun, but I like that in cs you have community servers with all the random shit, while in valorant you can only play ranked and the casual or whatever is it called, like sometimes i want to play valorant, but i don't want to deal with other people, so I just awp dm on lego or something like that instead xD

I wouldn't even call them similar to community maps in csgo. We wouldn't have surf, jail, custom maps, dm, hs only etc etc servers if valve had Riot's idea for control.
You're not allowed to modify the game itself, you're only allowed to use what's coded into the game already. No other maps than what you're let to have, no other assets to be made than what is already in the game. func_vehicle needs to be added back though.

that was not the topic. csgo could have community servers that are restricted to dust 2 and mirage. all I said was Lol had custom games (for the purpose of faceit games) since I figure thats how they are played. nothing more.

They are you fucking retard. Community servers do not automatically mean modding and heavily customized game support.
Example: Dayz for 5 years had community servers. The only thing different to officials was you could change some numbers. JUST LIKE YOU CAN IN LEAGEUE CUSTOMS.
Literally the only difference is one is hosted and paid for by players and the other by the company.

True, I don't even remember what it's like to not be global in CS as it's so ez to do if you just put time into it, I feel the same with Valorant so far and I've steadily risen through the ranks despite having some awful games in between. I haven't seen a Valorant ranked player but have played with many immortals so far, even when I was a gold player.
I hate how you get the same league harass mentality where people cry for you to pick a certain hero and if you don't, they tend to cry about it all game or even lose it altogether because you did what you wanted.

haha , man im telling you , im getting some HS from huge distances with Vandal.
They trying to be as casual appealing as possible but that hurts the competitive side of game big time.
Also im playing EUeast and all i find are turks speaking turkish, noone speaks english so i dont get what Riot is trying to do there, specially when they saying they want to see teamwork.
Should i talk about those ridiculously awful graphics with zero physics and uninspired maps ?Or should i talk that despite that kind of graphics that are crap , frames per second are lower than CS GO ?
The recipe for success is there but i do not see how Valorant will be a better competitive game than CSGO. More popular is almost certain, with so many casuals in game already ... but better ? Naaaah.

Better game is subjective but I know what you mean. But uhh, you kinda nailed it on the casual & popularity statement. I just read China has signed more teams then every region combined lol. They weren’t even in the beta and the game has no release date.

both games have their cons and pros, and both games have their type of gameplay, we can't compare them that much just because both are fps. they are different and people are having fun playing both games, so there's no point comparing them
According to Riot, Valorant already has 3 million people playing per day - and this number should have a substantial increase after it´s officially released (June 2). As for CSGO, it lost 7% of its average amount of players per day during the last 30 days...
(I do prefer CSGO over Valorant)...

Besides people playing a new game that has everything they loved about CS objective wise with Overwatch approach. How to not play such a game.But on the other hand that is the weakness of Valorant. It doesnt do anything better or different. It just blends what is already out. And mark my words. Whatever the success of game , after a decade wont be even near to what CSGO made it to be.
