Yeah. I have a 144 Hz without an adjustable stand because the one with the stand would've been 150€ more. There's plenty of other factors, even "external" (like the stand) which determine the price rather than just refresh rate.
i bought a new 144hz 1ms benq yesterday for $200 brand new. its this model "BenQ Zowie XL2411P 24" Full HD 144Hz DVI HDMI DP LED Monitor" not sure if they will have it around your area or not but doesnt hurt to check
very very nice monitor
no ghosting, good colors
no backlight bleed
no dead pixels
the stand is only tilt (only limited vertical adjustment)
typical IPS glow
and btw i won't recommend buying 27 inch for games
I still feel that i want to switch for 3:4 blackbars just because i will be focusing on the center and the 24 inchs are more than ideal
but i just got used to the stretched so
if you pay 300 EUR then you get WQHD TN 144hz panel freesync/gysnc when ur lucky.
if you pay 400 EUR you want to have an IPS panel
I can recommend this one f.e amazon.de/DELL-S2719DGF-Monitor-DisplayP..
or the HP X27i with IPS (quite new on the market) panel and same specs!
I have AOC 24G2U/BK it was around 150$ its a good budget monitor and i dont see why you would spend 300$ on a monitor.
You can adjust the stand and screen and it has all the display settings you need and you might want to use.
