Ok well 1 is wrong since you are never fully accurate with any weapon unless you have no spread turned on
And inaccuracy functions same for every weapon. It just has different values that change depending certain factors.
I’m not saying the cone of the spread changes depending on the distance from the enemy; the AK-47 standing still will ALWAYS have .4 degrees of spread for the first shot. The area your enemy takes up of the spread circle naturally changes with range; the closer he is, the more of the area he takes up, the more likely he is to be hit, and vice versa
