Olof isn't going
 |
Europe RiflerDash
I see people saying olof is going to all kinds of teams...If you actually read the post he's taking a break because he's been exhausted and potentionally even been having mental issues. He isn't gonna join any team any time soon.

i hope he will retire

some times it's better to retire a legend than to keep playing until you suck

Exactly, and unless olof finds some kind of magical resurgence during his break, he needs to retire now.

better because of public perception? i think pros should stop giving any fuck about opinion of others and play until it's fun/benefitial legend status means shit. anyways no one will take your achievements from u
2020-05-25 00:24
CS isnt like football or something. They dont make that much money they cant just retire and live their life with xx millions they have

I'm not saying they retire and do nothing, pros especially famous pros like olof can do many other things to make money

i mean if he means what he said that he needs a break, its exactly the same situation i just dont know from top of my head what team he would be good on,fnatic was perfect at that point for flusha but i dont see him on a swedish team, maybe if mouz continue to stick with this roster and then decide to bench crisJ? that would be fun

Olof and karrigan on the same team would be nice to see again yeah. And as far as i know olof actually liked karrigan and didn't wanna kick him so that's a possibility.

I know it's not gonna happen but it'd be funny seeing olof and captainmo make a team seeing as they're both old legends. (Captainmo being legend of Chineese CS)

i dont see olof returning for anything other than tier 1 cs
2020-05-24 22:27
it's actually amazing that flusha went from looking shit on the his last fnatic run, did some shit on c9, took a break, and came back to looking like his old self

Of course you would have mental issues playing this game for like 8 years non stop. Just check faceit how many mental issued players you will find

2020-05-24 22:20
Nice, how many hours you have in cs?
2020-05-24 23:51
Around 2k hours total in csgo. Started in 14 and played till 18 mid on and off depending on other game release. The toxicity was really high on any rank above sem and at eagle+ it was way too much, around mid 16 started playing with a group of friend only but then most of the group players left for studies and jobs in mid/end of 2017. Solo or 2 players lobby were the worst thing. And increase of cheaters on indian and especially on dubai servers ( every game literally had a cheater on dubai servers) were the worst. Toxicity and ragers combined had basically ruined the free time and made me rage on how i can do other things. Then i left and played co op games like warframe , destiny etc and it was really good. No more toxicity, no more cheaters, just a fun games.
2020-05-25 04:13
ye i was studying in asia for 2 years, hates cs in asia as people are toxic and sea people have annoying girl voices and loud :D. I grinded sostronk next and got bored after. People didnt like me cuz i was toxic (EU TOXICITY XD) people too sensetive there and will make sure everyone knows you crossed them and as scene is small i was fucked.
2020-05-25 06:18
At how many hours you took a break ?? Also what was the reason that made you quit ??
2020-05-24 23:56
Well I started taking breaks on fall 2019 but was creating artificial goals like get back to GE, or get 2700 ELO or get A+ back but I got them all back and have no real reason to play cs also I had 15k+$ inventory and it was keeping my attached to the game. Now I am cashing out slowly. Just lost purpose to cs and I don't want to commit to a team as too much time to spend on it like 3 hours a day and I have to study and focus on my future career after uni. I have like 6k hours or something
2020-05-25 00:11
ohh okay mate rest well
2020-05-25 17:03
Thanks man :) Not resting actually investing way more time in my future career development right now

Yeah CS tends to take a toll on your mental health. Even people who aren't pros tend to get burn out at some point. If you're having issues having fun playing the game or being motivated to play the game. i recommend taking a break for atleast 3 months. Then return. It helped me peform better and helped me get better mentally. And when i say take a break i mean a break from all shooters.

forest with 15 years of cs behind him says : Hi Get_Right with 15 years of cs and crohn's disease also says: Hi Both never took a break
2020-05-24 22:00
Well get right had issues with confidence and mental health. F0rest doesn't grind cs like get right does every night with FPL and forcing to play it. f0rest has a wife and maybe a kid dunno. His life outside cs is happy and healthy

its almost 100 percent that olof do not back in faze. Your team and teammates not writing "good bye" tweets and make videos about u if u just take a break. If Olof back its gonna be other team.

i don't think so, he played poorly the last couple of months but they were still winning games and getting better
2020-05-25 13:15
He left FaZe that's it, he will be back in 3 months but in a different team
2020-05-25 00:19
People say lekro should join FaZe, but I reckon Lekro should join Mousesports instead.
2020-05-25 00:23
olof will come back better 100%
2020-05-25 04:46
Yeah but how much better? 0.96 instead of 0.91.
