i dont think he would leave movistar riders for lulquid
especially after the extremely embarrassing PTA announcement video he made for cs_summit 2 years ago..the guy has done everything possible to get back in the game and has proven he can be one of the top 3 IGL in NA cs. Sucks he's gonna spend his career as the Hunden of NA, teaching kids like xeppa and leaf before they get signed by c9, liquid, or EG.
unban steell ffss
or we lose him to valorant
WHen he retires hope he becomes an analyst for a team or a caster or SOMETHING for NA.
NA has talents but we just need orgs to support them and the right guidance.
But can steel join majors as a coach?
+mOe (second coach)
Liquid top 1
guy is easily the best (strat wise) IGL in NA. it really sucks he cant play for a team that could compete for a major
Ain’t happening and when chaos flops he will probably go to valorant until that shit dies and rip I guess
he is good smart but lazy af knowing (almost always all-in) 1 tactic that's it. and not even much experience for crosshair placement (or bad stamina?). overrated.
I'm glad he's still involved as well. And I think NA would have been much much better 2014/15/16 had he and Swag been active. I mean you could imagine a world where Liquid was much better much earlier. C9 after Sean left. etc etc
But at this point approaching 30 years old I think the -Stewie or -Nitro +Steel thing is extremely misguided even if he was completely unbanned. Yes he performs pretty well domestically online. But I can't even remember this guy playing internationally anymore.
I mean it's a shame obviously but Valve had to make a point and their reach doesn't extend into the shadier areas of the scene like CiS or Asia. You take down the most promising players in NA though and you have absolutely made your stance clear. Good for them I guess but I still think it was a bad look. Ban them for sure one year two years even but this lifetime can't even coach thing is spiteful.
