Going to bed early make wonders. 10pm is great time to sleep. U can easly wake up even 5am with 7 hours of sleep. I always do it stupid way. i go sleep at 00.00 and wakeup at 6 so iam out of energy around 15 and i need a nap.

Quick yoga and some transversus abdomen breathing exercises to prevent lower back pain. Then breakfast big omelette and oats with berries. Around once a week I do morning gym, but not more in the mornings as I am lazy.
