Reason why Lekr0 was kicked
 |
Australia Aquaaa
As a Ninjas in Pyjamas fan, I want to talk about the reason why Lekr0 was kicked and what happened to the org. for the past 4 years. So when Dennis joined NiP, things didn't work out, as you know, so lekr0 decided to step up in the team and start calling. Because NiP has no other choice back then, this was the only option they could choose. Yes, NiP has been climbing for the past few weeks, but Threat and the CEO were looking at another perspective. They were looking for the long run, will Lekr0 work out? Or will he not? Clearly, as you guys can tell by now, Hampus was a better option for the long run, especially after when the team can get together and practice alongside each other. Yes, I am very sad to see Lekr0 go as well, but things are just how it is. Lekr0 had sacrificed his career just to step up for NiP and call, only if he had been more selfie back in 2018 and didn't step up, he would be a star player every team wants. If you guys have any questions, please ask, and stop showing NiP so much hate. Thank you.

Long story short, THREAT and the CEO were looking who was a better option for the long-run, and they chose Hampus for a reason.

You don't know shit if you say that. NiP has gone thru so much for the past few years, don't judge it's a book by its cover

Dont care mate. They were starting to get good with that lineup and then they switch for this? When i look at a roster move i consider if they got weaker or stronger. In this case they got much weaker, Jamppi to ence forexample made ENCE stronger. Just a shit move and proves how bad NIP are as an org yet again

How it is mate, cant really believe Lekr0 was causing any trouble. But good luck in the long run with a bot on your squad. ahahaha

this roster change is like a classic NiP map veto, except now they vetoed one of their best players

yes hahahaha

sorry to say, but he is correct, hampus is a bad choice and will make nip go bottom out on the hltv top30

How was hampus better for the long run? I did not understand that part.

That's his main role ever since he joined the scene of Counter-Strike, so THREAT thought that he would be better for the long run and he has more experience as an IGL.

Yeah, that's what i thought aswell. But why kick Lekr0 instead of twist? That's the only thing i don't understand so far.

I agree with you. Twist's play style and his decision making are sometimes very questionable.

Yesterday vs Vita he pusher a smoke and a 4v2 turned a 2v2, and NiP lost. Like, sometimes he's so stupid. He's good with the awp, yeah, but nawwk is that main awper...

Twist can be good, but I can say with a doubt that he is currently one of the most inconsistent players in the top 20.

"can be good". That's the problem. Like you said, his inconsistency.... Lekr0 is a solid fragger...

and now fnatic -golden +lekr0 and fnatic back to god tier again. also twist is such a bot who should have been kicked as nawwk is the main awp and lekro is more than decent fragger.
2020-05-29 13:40
what.. you cant remove the hobbit.. he's the SMALLEST GUY IN THE SCENE!
2020-05-29 13:42
yes. dont remove my god hobbit. we dont want lekro in fnatic. he can go to some dead team like blastralis.
2020-05-29 13:47
golden is the size of my shoe so we need him in fnatic

That's the only part I don't understand, why Lekr0 instead of Twist. And btw, if you kicked Golden from Fnatic, then they wouldn't have any IGL.

lekr0 is a decent igl and he has played with golden and fnatic before. with brollan they have more firepower than before and golden is been a bot since a month or so.

NIP is a fking brainless org, imagine being fan of one of the oldest and worst orgs in the game, especially after their roster re work

should have kicked Twist , he is shite and Nawwk is a better awper . Lekro as a rifler alone is pretty good.

tbh hampus is not good. He went from fighting against tier 3 Teams like Pro100, Secret... Now he will IGL in a new team where he only knows 1 guy (Nawwk) and they want to perform? no, Lekr0 was better, because he has experiance in Tier 1 instead of hampus. In long term Lekr0 is better

I mean NiP's other goal was to also recruit young players so that the team gets better motivation and player better as a team

hampus has played with nawwk (in passions in 2017 and Uruguay3/GamerLegion in 2019) but he also played with twist in GODSENT and Red Reserve back in 2018 before twist was benched and rejoined Fnatic. He has some chemistry with the two, just not with REZ and Plopski at least yet.

My biggest grub is the fact that they removed him without consulting the other players at all. At the very least they could have spoken to the other 4 players to prepare them for the change.

Lekro >>>> hampus

cool. hampus can call as much as he wants, but if he is not good in game. this doesn't matter. He looked so garbage against Vitality yesterday. NIP was a young and good doing squad. they had unlucky rounds in RTR.. especially against faze and Vitality.. why this idiots signing hampus and kick lekro...???? give them more time.. lans will comming it's just online atm. AND on top of this.. kicking twist would have been a way better option. put nawk on the awp. they would have doing soo good to with an new awper, who hits the shots when it matters or even stepping out huge like zywoo does it for vitality
2020-05-29 13:54
imagine writing so many lines and not making a statement.

Yeah, this was all information that was covered in the initial HLTV post. Why do you frame a post as if you have some new information when all you do is repeat their same news in a really weird way?

I feel like Lekr0 would be a very good asset for a North American team as both Liquid and Evil Geniuses are struggling, though I think that Liquid would be the better option for him. I don't know if Lekr0 wants to move to NA but imagine, he could be playing for the top American team and he can most definitely bring a lot of his ideas and European experience to the table. I'm sure that he could thrive under their system. If he wants to continue IGLing, he could probably join as an IGL but he could still join as a second IGL if he wants to take a step back while still at least being able to take some sort of responsibility in terms of leadership. Can't imagine it would be an instant change because Stewie2K recently took over the IGL role from nitr0, so I'm guessing they're switching up roles just to give the lineup one last chance before making roster changes. But if they're after a passive player with a lot of firepower, he could definitely slot in well in place of Stewie2K or possibly even NAF. I know that Stewie2K is one of the most accomplished North American players now, but I think he fits in better with his old Cloud9 playstyle over the more recent SK/MIBR/Liquid playstyle that he's developed. I do personally hope we get to see vintage Stewie2K again, whether it be in Liquid or another team if the team doesn't see any improvement and decide to bench or cut him.

Why didn't add Hamous and kick twist? that is what you don't explain. So it makes still no sense.

people wonder why you keep twist over lekr0 no one is asking why nip picked up a real igl
2020-05-29 15:26
+111111 Lekr0 was performing individually and nawwk, a main AWPer, is playing better with rifles that twist with the AWP. Terrible choice of removal on NiP's end.

Tbh, I'm not sure. But my theory is that they wanted to keep Twist especially because they've been wanting him in the team for so long, so they want to give Twist More opportunities/chances.
