You have to keep ur ass in the bench at powerlifting. Are you a powerlifter? definately not. That looked like a 15y old who is always doing max and gym. Let me guess: Your not doing ur legs at gym. Only bicep and chest.

It's clear that he has 0.0000001% genetics, imagine what would happen if he trains smart. Yet another evidence of men's health NOT being a source for strength and conditioning advice.
Ok I see. As your ass is in the air and chest so tightly up you have aproximately 10 cm less lifting distance which affects a lot. Ass on the bench and it is all good. I count very dirty lifts but that is a slight no from me, but nevertheless you are very strong guy for your age. Keep up the good work.
210kg deadlift, 200kg squat and 130 bench.
i've given up on trying to comp bench with that bench i have at the gym. i cant keep my shoulders in a stable position and i keep losing my balance because its so fucking narrow
