I feel like this brand is like apple in gaming stuff, I mean that you don't pay for quality but for the logo on the product

never had problems with steelseries tbh
2020-06-02 20:15
I don't think they're that popular anymore, maybe mousepads but that's it
2020-06-02 18:42
Who the fuck rates steel series highly though? Apple has plenty of fanboys, I have never seen a fucking steelseries fanboy.

steel series is sponsor of many streamers or youtubers and those streamers' fanboys are often steels series fanboys at once. Because those streamers or youtubers put sponsored videos without putting any bad aspects of steels series products or comparing them

2020-06-02 19:08
more like razer
2020-06-02 18:43
Nope. Because apple is a simplicity apologist. Razer is corny as hell and I actually like a lot of their products.

Sennheiser have been the best headset I got for under £100, second best is HyperX cloud 2, I still use them for my phone when I travel but for gaming Sennheiser have shown to be the best, with the best mic quality, very good sound proofing and good directional audio.
2020-06-02 18:45
Which sennheiser do you have? I was thinking of getting an headphone HD5**

I'm going to buy a mouse and i just don't want zowie and i'm thinking what to buy? rival 600, logitech g502 or sth from razer
2020-06-02 18:46
Just dont buy g502. It is a very comfortable mouse, but it is terrible for fps games. It is just too fucking heavy.

apple stable software steelseries is just trash, with toxic ads they are "old school" gamers whose like "you are trash because you play" we re just making gear. look at get_right this style succ now. it was popular earlier coz people hadn't choice. now they have.

2020-06-02 18:56
G Pro or a Deathadder Elite. Maybe a revised Viper from Razer. The new intellimouse pro from Microsoft might be a good option too

that's too expensive i mean g pro, i'll think about deathadder
2020-06-02 19:01
high quality lmfao anyone who's owned a macbook will tell you their charger cable breaks within months of using it and they purposely make it low quality so you go and spend $ on a new one which is expensive lol

2020-06-02 19:06

"they purposely make it low quality so you go and spend $ on a new one" I thought the same when my lightnings kept breaking almost every month or so and i also had to replace the battery within 5-6 months but the 8th gen fixed it, so i dont see anything to blame them now.
2020-06-02 19:30
Kinzu v2 <3 best mouse i ever had. Atleast the shape fit so good for my hand nowadays i'm on a fk2 which is kinda similar but still not 100% same =(
2020-06-02 19:14
Steelseries is actually pretty cheap when compared to the most popular brands lol
2020-06-02 18:53
I have always looked at steelseries like its more of a cheap brand compared to the other brands for example razer/corsair

but everyone knows that razer is expensive and corsair is a brand for rgb lovers they have everything with rgb even headset stand. Steel series doens't have global opinion of an expensive brand and i'm trying to figure out do you think same as me
2020-06-02 18:59
He doesn't. Steelseries doesn't have premium prices. I can get a QCK Heavy, their most adopted mousepad by pros, for 15-20€ on sale. Good luck getting a G-SR SE for less than 35€ lol
2020-06-02 19:16
who the fuck even cares about steel series in 2020? More like some fucking random chinese phone company

I paid £20 for a steelseries mouse like 4 years ago. Still works well.
2020-06-02 18:58
Its like the nokia of gaming equipment you dont buy it for brand you dont buy it for quality you dont buy it because its expensive its just trash
2020-06-02 18:59
I take it you're a millenial... Nokia used to make the most reliable phones in the world. There are literally hundreds of memes about it on the web lol.

man how the mighty have fallen. steelseries used to be the only gaming mouse company but I guess now they are not lol idk. My last steel series was a optic mouse but I've seen reviews of sensei, rival and kinzu and all are decent at least.
2020-06-02 19:00
pretty much mousepad company for me atleast, long term qck user here.

i have qck too ery good mouse pad i must agree. Do you have any opinion about their mouse comparing to other mice?
2020-06-02 19:04
kinzu v2 loved it with 1.2mm mouse feet to fix high lod and paracord it was fine although clicks were kinda heavy and hard to press. I've had few newer rival mouses like 300 and 110 some might have sensor problems and clicks start to double click. I'd recommend rocket jump ninja's videos for choosing mice.
