Well ofc i have a bit of fatigue. Before last 2 weeks I hadnt run because quarantine. Yesterday for example i took a harder run, and today i feel it in my legs.
Its not pain, but if youve done sport you know what im talking about. Its not even an annoying feeling, and i could still go running right now. My question is, should i wait 24 hours for this to dissapear or its ok?
