At the end of the day people aren't taking into consideration experience. Countries such as Japan, india and China havent showed there ability to effectively deploy outside of there borders. Take the UK for an example, they have around 80000 troops but are able to deploy 20,000-40,000 off them to a battle field within a day, factors such like this give armys big advantages. Also along with great logistics comes experience as someone stated earlier armies like the US where defeated in Vietnam because they werent experienced in that type of warfare compared to there enemies. You can be more advanced by experience has been the downfall off many great armies. Countries like Germany has potential to make an army but they dont have one and at this rate its going to get worse. A more accurate list would be.

We have one of the best Special Forces of this world.
