100 16000dpi, thank me later
My opinion doesn’t really matter since I’m bad, but I’d say raise your sensitivity if you have trouble checking the tight angle or just learn to start using your arm when checking those angles
try 2.5. U can turn around if your mousepad is big
400 2 is perfectly fine for entry man idk what u on about go check 2017 rain entries
Look up The Warowl on youtube, he has a vid from ages ago on how to find the perfect sens for YOU.
If you use his method it can take anywhere from 30 mins to 2 hours to find your own sens for csgo.
There are many players that play lower sensi than 2, and some that uses this one, like ZywOo or Dev1ce. Change it wont solve any problem, only will create.
Incase you feel that your sensitivity is slightly lower than required (to check tight angles)
I highly suggest you create a +left & +right bind to your mouse it'll highly benefit you for faster turns it's quite difficult at first but you'll get the hang of it with constant practice ^ - ^
XANTARES style, turn on mouse accel and do 180 with one quick flick like XANTARES
having the same issues buddy, im considering mouse change for a smaller and lighter one and going from 400dpi/2sens to 800/1
Try higher sens if doesn't work try raw input off worked for snax others imo XD
WARNING: IT is like teleporting ur cross could be really hard or try with mouse accel.
If you prefer aiming with your wrist you really should train and master it as much as you can. Try to play with high change for more time, train with it a lot and you will get used to it. And do you feel comfortable with your mouse, if it's not good then you need to change it, the mouse that you don't feel in hand well is the worst thing that can happen.
i think maybe you need more space. try and use a bigger mousepad and your arm movement for fast turns. i use 800dpi and 1.2-1.4 sens and a goliathus mousepad. works fine forme.
800 edpi seems to be the general standard, but some good players like s1mple plays much higher... i used to be on 840 but now back to 800
Use small amounts of accel. Quake taught me this and I feel like I can turn faster with more or less my same sens.
I had the same problem but i was playing with 1.7 sens 400 dpi and i changed it to 1.9. I also try to use my whole arm instead of wrist because i have faster reaction (btw playing on ec2-a, very good mouse)
You either have a) too small mousepad, b) a dirty mousepad that slows the mouseglide significantly or c) you use your wrist too much instead of arm to turn.
2 sensitivity 400dpi shouldn't really be a big problem to turn, but usually people who are heavy wrist aimers use a pretty high sensitivity.
Well, I've been using 400 dpi 2 for about 2 years now, it is a matter of getting used to it really, it took me about 4 months to be able to entry frag, it depends a bit on how your muscle memory is now as well
sens doesn't matter. NiKo and Twistzz have about a 800dpi 0.7 sens. S1mple and Elige have like 800dpi 1.6. I know the dpi's aren't accurate because they all use weird shit but that's an accurate conversion I did. I personally play on 800dpi 0.88 and my aim is crisp af. Most important thing with a low sens is crosshair placement. So, if you're a shit player (below LE/LEM) I'd use a higher sens since your crosshair placement will be ass.
its probably not for you then, so you shoudl turn your sens up and play a lot of dm so you get used to it
you're gonna be really bad for a week or more but it should get better if you play long enough, and you'll get used to it
dude just stay with 2 but move faster, or go 2.2 and stay for 1 or 2 weeks, and u will be used to it
if you cant 180 on 2 sens 400 easily then you must have T-rex arms
you can play well with any sens listed between 1.2 - 6.0 and 400 dpi, anything beside this is exception, just work for it, (aimbotz & dm)
idk how many hours u have in the game but just switch sens and go some deathmatch, your muscle memory should get used to it but time is depending ur mentality and how used to you are to that sens (0.2 isn't a huge jump tho). I changed my sens so much in my 3.5k CSGO life and now playing 1200dpi 1.6 sens it is a sweet spot for me and since i change sens when i go surf or smt i can adept fast.
you find it hard to turn around with 800 edpi????? you know youre meant to move your mouse
just stop aiming with your wrist lol ofc youre having trouble , to play with the wrist you need 3+ sens imo
Just make sure yr mousepad let you 180 or even 200 rotate . setup sensitivity by that.
I used to play at 680eDPI for a long while but then I realized that it dramatically limited my entry fragging ability, switched to 1000eDPI, best decision in CS I ever made, I'm so much better at fragging now, now as to it feeling high, that's just for the first 4-5 days then you get comfy and you realize that low sens ain't so good afterall
dont fuck up ur muscle memory, just dont. keep 2x400 and try to improve your arm movement. also you can entry a bit slower if that makes sense, check angle by angle and dont expose urself too much.
i play 400x 1.66 and im fine checking corners, so again, its not ur sense's fault
Maybe your mousepad is too small and u therefor don’t feel comfortable playing with arm instead of wrist thus making it hard to make a 180?
try 400 dpi 2.1...i had the same problem.
Im using 800dpi and 0.85 in csgo (680). I have tried to use since high sensitivity to a balanced one, but I say that this is a matter of usual guy, currently I use 680 of sensitivity at all and I think it is very good for everything, AWP, spray, longshots, taps, pistols ...
LOL changed on 0.2 and feel it too fast
i've changed all the senses i think from 1.0 to 12 axxaaxaxxaxax
I used to have the same problem as you and I had problems tracing opponents that was when I was using a razer basilisk (107g) but since I switched to a lighter mouse glorious model d (68g) it has been much easier
its pure placebo bro
0.2 makes no difference
May be there's a macros that can immitate moving mouse like you do a 180 degree turn?
I always used to change my sens but around 1.8-2. Pretty recently changed to 2.4 400dpi and i love it. Got used to it pretty fast, easier for me to spray too. Helped a lot already for fast flicks and shit which i couldn't do fast enough with lower sens.
get a bigger mousepad and use your arm in movement.. no way around that
i play 400dpi 1.7 and have no problems and i usually aim with wrist aswell.
use your arm for turning around
Try 750dpi and sens in game 2.3
I play 400 1.6, and while it's true that I miss some 180º or fast turns because of that, I can play better in other situations and it's enough to do flicks with awp. By the way, if I'm prepared to do a big move, I can do it for sure but not on regular basis, or not as easy as playing with 1600 or something like that, obviously.
You just have to adapt your gameplay to that and that's it.
Aim with arm too, you can't be good and only aim with your wrist
Aiming only with your wrist is your problem. You will never ever be able to have comfortable aim and do fast 180 turns if you aim only with wrist.
One really good tip is instead of moving your crosshair horizontally to do a 180, move it in a U shape, cuz you need to move the mouse lesser. I've seen scream and NiKo do this sometimes. If your aim is good, you won't really have much of a problem to hit a 180 HS after moving your crosshair in a U shape. If your aim ain't great, you would have to get your arm used to doing 180 flicks in aimbotz.
Try acceleration of 1.05 at your current sensi of 800edpi (like Xantares)
update: upped my sens to 2.1, now I can turn better and still aim pretty well
400 and 2 is perfectly fine, even for entry...rain and jackz play on 1.65ish....you can play entry on low sens, you just use your forearm/arm more like niko. I dont think you should change a thing if youre comfortable with your sens.
big mouse pad like me but wait, i have big arms since i go to the gym so this might be a factor, if you have lanky or normal person arms buy a medium one, i only have a big one because my massive arms need space
so just use your wrist for aiming on what you see on your screen and your whole hand for when checking corners.
or just play on a high sens like all of us wrist players wtf
advice: when turning into a fast clear, u can move your crosshair without wrist aiming, it works for fast corner ones.
We have the same sensitivity, ur intelligent
