Maybe, but not only are majors not the only tournament, the material these players have had to work with is not the same at all. Gla1ve, Fallen and Pronax had IMO the best players in their country's history of Global Offensive when they were hot. Meanwhile, ex6tenz was a constant threat to upset pronax's team even when he had a triple-support lineup with only 1 real star in KennyS, and made very much out of very little ever since the closure of VeryGames' lineup.
Zeus on the other hand has a major to his name in this game, but if you look at his teams, the legends of CIS fractured off into different directions in early CSGO, leaving him to start with an AWPer who had to learn a new language to play on the team, Mr. Edward, the one remaining notable talent of pre CSGO CIS players, young Flamie and young Seized, and.... Starix. Don't get me wrong i love starix as a brain but i think he is possibly the least useful 5th on a team that already has an IGL who entries and supports. In addition to this, Zeus' run with Gambit is one of the greatest full-tournament upsets of all time in any esport. I'd rate his achievements higher than Fallen playing with the best Brazilian lineup ever and Pronax doing the same in sweden to an even greater extent.
