My cooling was shit, besides modern processors overheat too easily, I saw a guy that burned trought water cooling with an AMD 8300 (like legit melted the entire system, he was prolly overclocking tf out of the thing tho)
2020-07-07 16:15
how did your motherboard melt? And cpus are built to withstand 120 C easily so you must of lit it on fire

try to explain maybe i can help
2020-07-07 15:30
when I turn it on, it starts to making noises like always, everything inside is lightning, moving but it slows and don't turn it on completely, keyboard and mouse don't shine like it should when u turn on ur pc
2020-07-07 15:33
So fans start spinning and case lighting turns on. but it wont start up windows?
2020-07-07 15:35
yeah looks like that to me
2020-07-07 15:36
Does your monitor say anything? when you start

2020-07-07 15:37
If your monitor doesnt even say anything it sounds like a cpu issue. is the cable that powers the cpu in fully?
2020-07-07 15:38
I've chcecked the cables, they are fine, it must be something inside wrong I guess, my bro says it might me power supply or motherboard
2020-07-07 15:40
Yes it could be both, hard to tell which one though
2020-07-07 15:41
yeah, there are plenty of cases, I will give it to computer service most likely
2020-07-07 15:44
Probably the best thing to do yes. they have the equipment to find out whats wrong
2020-07-07 15:45
do you have a cpu with onboard graphics? try putting the monitor cable into your motherboard, if it turns on your graphic card is dead but if not you can for sure say that your graphic cards is fine. and like that you can test all your components one at a time. maybe you can pick up a power supply from a friend and try it on your pc? then you know weather it is the power supply or maybe an issure with the motherboard/cpu

this
2020-07-07 15:46
Even if his GPU was dead it shouldve lit up his keyboard etc. Cpu does that. looks like the cpu is either broken or its not getting power -> mobo or psu broken
2020-07-07 15:47
okay actually that is a good argument, you are right hopefully for him it is "only" the psu, that is easy to replace
2020-07-07 15:50
Yup :)
2020-07-07 15:52
thanks dude, I hope it's gonna be psu like u think, I will give it to computer service soon, thanks for your efford :)

2020-07-07 15:57
Try to spam delete button after you turn the pc on.
2020-07-07 16:13
i once had this problem aswell, my psu was dead. the computer had enough power to start the fans but couldnt boot because of missing power on the graphics card
2020-07-07 15:40
Your pc doesnt need the graphics card to boot
2020-07-07 15:41
sure, if your monitor cables are in your graphics cars and your graphics card gets no power there will be nothing on the screen edit: technically you are right, but then he needs to have cpu onboard graphics and the cables plugged in into the motherboard instead of the grapics card
2020-07-07 15:44
Cpu can also do monitors if it Gpu fails
2020-07-07 15:44
true, but i game on an xeon e3 1231v3 which was purposed as a server cpu so it has no onboard graphics and relies on a graphics card

RAM can cause this, when mobo can't detect the ram in the slot

So basicaly you turn it on but nothing happens? Or does it shutdown after a short while? It's either MOBO or PSU anyway, not much of a expense.

could be power supply not delivering enought voltage, if u know how to check it please do, or change it with other if u have. but, also a dead cpu. did u built your pc? maybe check if there is a broken or bent pin!

check you ram and their slots and clean them. also it could be a power issue, but i know nothing about that or maybe try to connect your monitor to your motherboard instead of your GPU and see what happens
2020-07-07 15:40
new psu

What is dead may never die.
2020-07-07 15:30
What happened to your PC? It is very unlikely, that all the parts died at once so if you can give some more information about what your problem is, we can try to find the dead parts and you can maybe fix it for cheap. :)
2020-07-07 15:36
ok nvm, saw #13 too late

Try pulling out your ram and re seating it. Unplug the power to the pc first. Check all the connections to mobo and gpu also. Ive had this issue with the ram before.

Pc is modular, made of many seperate components. If you can figure out which part failed, you can fix it by buying replacement.
