When I have similar problems with sleep, I just turn on the air conditioner to the maximum, in coolness I get chopped off after a couple of minutes although it depends on the specific features of an organism

Like #24 said, put on a stream and have dim lights. When I can't sleep, i watch a stream play csgo, and usually I'll be out in 30-45 minutes (but I usually do this method at like 2 am as a last resort.)
I'd advise not to take sleeping pills; I did for a brief period, and while it did help for the time I used it, I got reliant on it, and after I stopped using it I had a hard time falling asleep (worse than before)
im with sleep problems too and i decided that i should stay up and go to sleep around 20:00 later, its hard but fuck i want to get my schedule right
