cumplexity are supposed to be based in na, their management is from na, they are only stuck in eu bc corona. liquid only has a dutch ceo/founder, rest of org is na, org is based in na, team normally plays in na etc. so no liquid is na org too

they communicate just fine, if communication was a problem he wouldnt be in the team for almost 1 year now. 2nd: he is the very versatile and is a gap-filler. 3rd he is consistent on doing what he has to do, only flaw I see in him is him giving away kills he sometimes shoudlnt. tbh even arki > stadodo .

coaching is a pretty fitting role for a guy like karrigan. but in-game, he is thinking his teammates rather than his aim and score, that's why you think "his skill is at mg1 level". he is still an impactful player if he is not IGL, that's why he is a pretty good clutch player at LAN. just like NEO, he is caring about his team, not about his stats.

neo atleast can frag and he is not bad 2nd awp, while karrigan is better igl but too shitty at shooting, for example cbble usp vs kennys (my fav action of karrigan), he should be coaching man, i mean karrigan would kill more but he is leaving fragging to his teammates (like most of igles do) but cmon he miss easy shots very often compared to other igls at his level

NiKo lack of IGLing ability Zeus lack of CSGO ability Gla1ve perhaps, but never faced true hardship, inherited a very good team and has a good org behind him, not had much issues in remaining employed by the same team Golden had to come from the academy team, built up to be with legends of the game, removed due to bad relations, grinded in NA and came back stronger than ever Karrigan going from team to team making strong rosters, falling stagnant and being kicked despite never being the sole issue in a team. Sadly those teams always go on to bigger and better things such as Astralis and FaZe who look competitive to win this major.

karrigan has to be there for sure then maybe tabsen or blameF both looking good as well and obviously have to say gla1ve cos he is the best of the best but idk it's always very hard to talk about IGLs because we can't see most of their work, we can only see strats in pro matches but we would also need to see the attitude, how he controls the team overall and his leadership, i'd also need to know if he is the one watching all the replays and demos needed, or the one making up new strats. To judge an IGL we should play with him, hard to rate from outside
