It's actually unconstitutional to have laws that discriminate against people based on their race but damn the far left will try anything to discriminate against races they don't support.
I think if people don't know already, they will know soon- California is the state full of the most idiots, even Florida has nothing on them. It's like they have been brainwashed. Their state is becoming a shithole, so they leave and go to other states and bring their shitty politics with them because they aren't smart enough to know that their terrible political mindset is what is made their state so unlivable in the first place.

Didn't they like stop removing fallen debris from the forest which cased it to fill with dried brush which then was a fire hazard that turned into a massive raging fire that killed people all because they said it was "eco friendly" not to.

I mean, it is healthier for the forest if you don't clear debris (forest fires actually promote forest health believe it or not), but you can't have that AND let people just live in the middle of these forests, it is going to cause loss of life
I wouldn't say that is part of Californian (government) stupidity, but Californian (people) stupidity- don't live in a forest known to catch on fire, idiot

Australia is different story with eucalyptus but you cannot blame forest fires on something that certain type of forest does. Both eucalyptus and sequoia forests behave. They are like phoenix. Grow. Burn down. Grow again.
Forest fires of California and Australia are the worst examples of how global warming affects globe ever.

They are reocuring faster because "we" are stopping them. I dont have good analagoy for this so i will compare it to holding in poop. You can handle it at the beginning but it will start to bother you more often and the "pain" will be stronger. Humans cannot fight nature... Californians stop the fires > forrest gets bigger > more dry debree on the ground > more fires... I am not saying we should le tit burn but what do you expect from the situation?

It is common to do controlled burns in national parks to prevent destructive natural wild fires. far as I know, these are still happening, all while accidental and natural wild fires continue to increase

Last time i checked california was doing as little as possible of deforestation. Even if they do controlled fires adult trees will have this effect on forrest its that kind of tree. They basically want to burn down... At this point this is like holding a large dam full of water. Any drop more you are not able to stop.

i think the point in not removing brush is to increase nutrients
controlled burns should manage that problem. plus lots of these forests are on federal land, so not under Californian jurisdiction. Ecology and land management is usually very complicated, especially when its managed by American bureaucracy

Might be. point is forrest fires arent good example of global warming since this would happen to large forrests of these trees (eucalyptus and seq) anyway even if average temperature would be lower. Frequency is other thing which we cannot determine fully. There might be or might not be corelation between the two. (temperature and forrest fire frequency)

Idk about the models but it has reached a point where potential for fire is very big and big reason for that is that california doesnt want to cut down some trees which would help the fire situation a lot. (cutting down lines to prevent fire from spreading would also result in less debree)...

San Francisco is actually a beautiful city. the rest of the bay area is a total shithole though.

Asians and Whites will probably have to score some incredible results to be even accepted into some of Cali's universities.

I don´t think this article tells the whole story. Looks like both democrats and republicans and people of different ethnicity voted for this bill, so there is something this article doesn´t tell.
FFF is a fairly new media to me, so I read 3 of their other current articles.
They seem to be biased, leaning to the right.

No it's literally a bill to try and pass affirmative action which is a law that discriminated in favour of races that perform worse on average and against races that tend to perform better and no it's pretty much majority democrat which is to be expected given that it's California one of the most left wing states in the country.
Literally a law that makes it legal to discriminate against specific races different water fountains for black people and white people type shit.
A lot of other left wing sites have just tried to spin it in a positive light and call say "reinstate affirmative action laws."
It's sad that there are people literally trying to push for racism in government in 2020 and so many people trying to defend it in the media.
and it applies to state jobs too you could literally say nope you're the wrong colour you can't work for the state.

Imagine if you could just vote for discrimination against a race based on the fact that they are just that race.
Literally make it legal for people to say no blacks allowed on their business.
Realistically we know why the state is doing this it's so that they can make it harder for Asians and whites to get into University and easier for African Americans.
Which in itself is wrong but it's just funny that it could literally set the state back 50 years or more in terms of racial law.

It really is, it's hard to compare a lot of states to mine like Jersey. But the west coast does things 100x better than over here or the rest of the country. Cali has the best national parks among loads of other neat things, and actually when it comes down to it I think when I eventually move out over there it will be to Oregon or Colorado. This country is pretty great I gotta say, our states are the best.

Clearly a place with a large ass economy is doing something right...., unlike many other states in the U.S. (we are not the cesspool) We are not perfect by any means but we are leading the country in terms of the climate change response and other things. However, it can be a shithole for poorer people, but I would still say it’s better than a lot of other places... cesspool implies it’s the worst, does it not?
